Both the blank ID cards and the Official Hadean Stamp are inside Lethe’s Propaganda Building, also called the Ministry of Cultural Primacy. Take the items to the Sabinian Matriarch in the Lethe Library to complete the A Way Out Good Deed.
Where to find the blank ID cards and Official Hadean Stamp
- Go to Lethe and enter the Propaganda Building, which the item database also names the Ministry of Cultural Primacy.
- Pick up the ID Cards – Blank inside the building.
- Search the building’s locked office for the Official Hadean Stamp.
The cards are citizen identification cards required for Hadea residents; the stamp is used to officialize documents issued by the Hadean government. Gamer Guides’ item database lists both items at the Ministry of Cultural Primacy.
Where to deliver the items
Take both items to the Lethe Library. Find the Sabinian Matriarch near the book conservator’s cubicle and hand them over to complete A Way Out. The walkthrough’s route identifies the building as the Propaganda Building and confirms the library handoff. PCGamesN’s Good Deeds walkthrough lists it among Lethe’s Good Deeds.
Good Deed achievement context
PCGamesN reported 23 Good Deeds in Hell Is Us in its walkthrough updated September 5, 2025. It says completing one deed earns the Good Samaritan achievement, while completing all of them unlocks Man of the People.
