Travel to Peace Bell Tower at Moonveil Peak, in the Moonveil Mountain area. The Moonveil Peak waypoint is the nearest teleport point identified by NerdsChalk. Climb through the tower and interact with the investigation prompts as you find them.
Walkthroughs describe clues around the broken stairway and a higher stairway, red cloth near an exit, the large bell, and the upper-floor stairs, including a letter. The guides do not agree on the exact count or placement of every prompt, so inspect each visible investigation point rather than relying on a single fixed count. Talk to the Elder at the tower base
After investigating the tower, speak with the Elder at its base. If the antique does not register
