Those markers show where cases can appear on that map, so treat each one as a place to check on your route. Weapon-case layers are currently available for Spaceport, The Blue Gate, Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds, and a video guide walks through 36 possible Buried City locations in order.
How to find weapon cases on a map
- Open the interactive map for the zone you are running. Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki publishes maps for Spaceport, The Blue Gate and Buried City. Arc Raiders Map publishes a Dam Battlegrounds map.
- Open the map’s layer or filter controls and enable the Weapon Case layer. Leave other container layers off so the view shows only weapon-case markers.
- Plot a route through the markers nearest your drop or extraction path first. Note which markers need a key, a zipline or a long vertical climb before you commit to them.
- Confirm the selected layer is Weapon Case, not Raider Cache. The two are separate container types (see the section on Raider Caches below).
Weapon-case marker counts by map
The table below lists the number of weapon-case markers each community map shows as of October 8, 2026. These are map marker totals, not confirmed numbers of cases that will appear in a given raid.
| Map | Weapon-case markers | Map source | Route guide |
|---|---|---|---|
| Spaceport | 34 | Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki interactive map, counted October 8, 2026 | Not stated (no walkthrough in the cited sources) |
| The Blue Gate | 34 | Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki interactive map, counted October 8, 2026 | Not stated (no walkthrough in the cited sources) |
| Buried City | 38 | Arc Raiders Guide & Wiki interactive map, counted October 8, 2026 | 36 possible locations, LukeCanWin video guide, published November 22, 2025 |
| Dam Battlegrounds | 40 | Arc Raiders Map interactive map, counted October 8, 2026 | Not stated (no walkthrough in the cited sources) |
Buried City: the landmark route
Buried City is the only map in this guide with a step-by-step route. LukeCanWin’s video, “ARC Raiders – All 36 Weapon Case Locations on Buried City (Full Loot Guide)”, follows a sequence of named landmarks. Use its video timestamps to move through them in order:
- Marano Station
- West Village
- Grandioso Apartments
- Abandoned Highway Camp
- Old Town Fountain
- Red Tower
- Santa Maria Houses
- Corso da Vinci
Cases that need access
The guide flags several cases that require ziplines or named keys, including locations around Space Travel, Town Hall and Grandioso Apartments. Check the access requirement for each marker before you plan a detour; a marker you cannot reach quickly is often better skipped on a short raid.

What the marker counts do and do not mean
A marker count tells you how many candidate points a map shows, not how many cases you will find in one raid. The Buried City video states that a case is not guaranteed to spawn at every listed point. The sources available for this guide do not publish spawn rates or loot yields per raid, so a count of 38 should be read as 38 places to check, not 38 cases per run.
Weapon Cases versus Raider Caches
Raider Caches are a separate container type with their own spawn behaviour. ArcMaps’ Raider Cache guide, updated in March 2026, covers them separately. A Raider Cache marker should not be counted as a weapon case, so keep the Weapon Case filter selected when that is your target.

Choosing a route
Start with the map you are already running. Within that map, prioritise nearby weapon-case markers that need no key and no long vertical detour, then extend your loop only if the raid is going well. On Buried City, the landmark route gives you a fixed order to follow. For Spaceport, The Blue Gate and Dam Battlegrounds, no step-by-step route is covered in the sources cited here, so the marker layer and your own loop are the practical tools.

The map counts and route above come from community guides and interactive maps, not official game documentation. None of these sources establish whether a recent patch moved weapon-case points, changed spawn behaviour or altered loot contents. Before relying on exact locations or totals, check the in-game map and an updated community map, since marker totals may change as the community maps are revised.
