During Fortnite Chapter 6 Season 3: GALACTIC BATTLE, X-Wings could be found at Outpost Enclave in the south and near Resistance Base in the northwest. These are directions for that 2025 season, not current Battle Royale locations: Epic’s Battle Pass window for GALACTIC BATTLE ended June 7, 2025, and the Fortnite Wiki reports that X-Wings were vaulted from Battle Royale and Zero Build in update v36.00.
Where X-Wings spawned in Chapter 6 Season 3
| Destination | Map region | What to look for |
|---|---|---|
| Outpost Enclave | South | A launch pad beside a large amphitheater set into the ground, as described in Shacknews’ May 2, 2025 guide. |
| Resistance Base | Northwest | Epic’s GALACTIC BATTLE guide and Shacknews identify the base area as another X-Wing location; neither source gives a more precise landmark there. |
Epic’s official GALACTIC BATTLE guide names Resistance Base as a place to find X-Wings. For the more specific Outpost Enclave landmark, see Shacknews’ May 2, 2025 location guide.

How to board an X-Wing
- Travel to one of the season-specific locations above.
- At Outpost Enclave, find the launch pad beside the amphitheater; at Resistance Base, search the base area.
- Interact with the X-Wing to board it.
Flying and combat notes
Epic’s guide advises pilots to use the X-Wing’s laser cannons, particularly in aerial dogfights. Shacknews’ guide cautions that the craft is vulnerable when flown low and reports that its health can recover after you leave the line of fire and give it time. Those latter points are the guide author’s gameplay observations, not a separately verified performance guarantee.
Are X-Wings still available?
No, not in Battle Royale or Zero Build according to the Fortnite Wiki, which reports that X-Wings were vaulted with update v36.00. Epic’s official guide dates the GALACTIC BATTLE Battle Pass period from May 2 through June 7, 2025, so the locations above describe that past season rather than a current spawn route. The vaulting detail is reported by the community-maintained Fortnite Wiki’s X-Wing page, not an Epic patch note.
