Restream’s Upload & Stream supports scheduled prerecorded events and playlists; a scheduled video can be looped up to 10 times according to its help article published July 25, 2026. Its storage guidance says file-size and duration limits vary by plan but does not publish the numerical per-file limit. The product page’s 2-, 4-, and 12-hour figures refer to upload-library duration allowances for Premier, Marathon, and Media, not a file-size maximum. Do not treat either figure as proof that a file above 10 GB will upload.
StreamYard: clear file-size figures, but not proof of 24/7 automation
StreamYard’s help table gives a 25 GB prerecorded-file maximum for Advanced, Teams, and Business, and 10 GB for Core. That answers the file-size part for the listed plans, but the reviewed information does not confirm a continuous unattended 24/7 broadcast feature. It is a documented large-file alternative, not a confirmed like-for-like 24/7 service.

Does YouTube’s 12-hour archive limit stop a 24/7 stream?
No. Restream’s YouTube guidance, published July 9, 2026, says YouTube archives streams under 12 hours. That is an archive limit, not a stated maximum live-broadcast duration. A provider may continue broadcasting beyond that point, but viewers should not assume one continuous archive will contain the entire broadcast. Check the provider’s restart behavior and YouTube’s current guidance if preserving a complete recording matters.
