Gregory is the child protagonist of Five Nights at Freddy’s: Security Breach, the 2021 game developed by Steel Wool Studios and published by ScottGames. He is the playable character at the center of the story, rather than an animatronic or a security guard. Is Gregory Patient 46 or the person called GGY?
The official game descriptions cited here do not establish that Gregory is Patient 46 or that he is the person associated with the initials “GGY.” Those are lore theories that require evidence from the relevant story or game material; they should not be presented as confirmed simply because the names are discussed together by fans.
Scholastic lists Tales from the Pizzaplex as a book series, but its series listing by itself does not prove an identity connection. Scholastic’s series page provides context about the books, not a confirmation of the Gregory–GGY–Patient 46 theory. The evidence cited here leaves that connection unverified; it does not prove that the broader canon rules it out.
