First identify what is failing: getting a Bloodline from spins, assigning an unlocked Bloodline to an active slot, or using one of its moves. Those are separate steps. In Shindo Life, open Main Menu > Edit > Bloodlines to check the spin menu and your slots; if the Bloodline is equipped but a move is unavailable, check that move’s requirements instead.
Check whether the Bloodline actually unlocked
A Bloodline appearing in a catalogue or list does not mean your account owns it. The documented way to obtain one is to spend spins in an available Bloodline slot from Main Menu > Edit > Bloodlines. If the name never appeared as a result of a spin, it has not been unlocked through that roll.
Rarity figures are odds, not a promised number of attempts. A denominator in a Bloodline’s rarity label does not guarantee that it will appear after that many spins; each roll can leave you without the result you want. The community-maintained Bloodlines guide describes the spin route, while the spin mechanics page cautions against treating odds as a guarantee.
Check the active slot and saved Bloodlines
Unlocking, equipping, and storing are different states. A Bloodline can have been unlocked previously but no longer be assigned to an active slot if another one replaced it.

If the Bloodline is not in an active slot
Inspect the Bloodlines screen and confirm which Bloodline is assigned to each available slot. Community documentation describes two baseline Bloodline slots; slots three and four are associated with their respective gamepasses. Pass availability and labels may change, so verify them in the live game before purchasing or relying on a particular slot entitlement. The community gamepass guide lists the slot passes.
If another Bloodline replaced it
Check whether you own the Bloodline Bag and whether the current inventory interface lists the Bloodline you want to restore. The guide describes the Bag as a way to store previous Bloodlines and select one to replace an active slot. It does not unlock a Bloodline that you never rolled. The guide is community-maintained; use the current in-game labels to confirm the exact controls. The Bloodline Bag guide explains its documented role.

If the Bloodline is equipped but a move or mode is locked
An equipped Bloodline does not necessarily make every technique immediately usable. Check the specific move or mode’s displayed requirements. Community documentation says techniques can require a Bloodline level, a stat threshold, and Ryo; modes may have separate level requirements. Meet the listed requirements, then check the move again in the live game, since exact requirements and interface wording can change. The Bloodlines guide outlines these progression requirements.
If the Bloodline or Element spin buttons are missing
Missing controls are a different problem from failing to roll a desired Bloodline. A player report dated October 2026 described missing Bloodline and Element spin buttons, while another account reportedly showed them. Replies speculated about region, but did not establish a cause or a reliable regional fix. The player report is not an official diagnosis.

- Reopen the current Bloodlines screen through Main Menu > Edit > Bloodlines and check whether the controls appear there.
- If they remain absent, check current official Shindo Life or Roblox channels for a live notice or support route. The available player report does not establish a verified fix.
- When reporting the issue, include your platform, account context, and the screen where the controls are missing. Do not assume that changing region or using another account will fix it.
