Eevee is a possible, not guaranteed, wild encounter at Horseshoe Plains in the Obsidian Fieldlands. If it is missing, the location may still be right: try again after wild encounters refresh, and check space-time distortions as an alternative. The available sources do not establish an exact Eevee spawn rate or an Eevee-specific time or weather requirement.
Where to look for Eevee
Search Horseshoe Plains in the Obsidian Fieldlands, the wild location listed for Eevee by Serebii’s Pokémon Legends: Arceus Pokédex. Eevee is a possible encounter there, not a guaranteed spawn on every visit.
What to try when Eevee does not appear
- Search Horseshoe Plains again. Scan the area for available wild encounters; Eevee may simply not have appeared among them on that visit.
- Refresh the encounters. Leave and return to the region, then check again. This is a practical way to retry the documented location, not a guaranteed Eevee respawn procedure.
- Vary the time or weather. Nintendo says some Pokémon behaviors or species may be seen only under particular time-of-day or weather conditions. That is general guidance, not evidence that Eevee requires a specific condition. Nintendo’s gameplay overview
- Check a space-time distortion. Eevee is also listed among possible distortion encounters, though distortions and their contents are random.

Why waiting for a distortion can feel inconsistent
A guide to distortion mechanics reports checks at 5, 10, 15, 25, and 40 minutes after entering an area. It says battles and menus pause the timer, while sleeping to change the time period or entering a loading zone resets it; intense sun, thunderstorms, and snowstorms are also reported to reset it. These are guide-reported mechanics, not an official Nintendo spawn-rate table.
