Try opening it on the device where you play, check that you’re signed into the right account, and restart the game. If the reward still cannot be claimed, contact Scopely Support in the game; restarting cannot restore a link that is no longer available.
Why a Monopoly GO dice link may fail
The independent MOGO Wiki support guide, updated June 2, 2026, lists several possible causes: a link may have expired, already been claimed, been disabled by Scopely, or not be available to a particular account. A temporary issue or the link opening in the wrong browser or app context can also prevent redemption. A failed click alone does not show that your phone or the game is broken. What to try, in order
- Install the game on the device you’re using. Make sure MONOPOLY GO! is installed on the phone or tablet where you open the reward link.
- Open the link on your play device. If you received it on a computer or another device, open it on the device where the game is installed so it can reach the game app.
- Check the signed-in account. Confirm the game is using the account where you expect the dice reward.
- Restart the game and retry. Close and reopen MONOPOLY GO!, then try the link again if it may still be valid. This can help with a temporary app or context issue; it cannot renew an expired or disabled link or make an already-claimed or ineligible reward available.
- Contact Scopely if the issue remains. If the game says the reward cannot be claimed, use Scopely Support through the game app to ask about your account-specific issue.

What support can—and cannot—confirm
Scopely is the relevant contact for an unresolved in-game reward issue. The MOGO Wiki guide says it cannot extend an expired link or manually grant a reward, so do not assume support can reactivate an unavailable link or add dice. A PC Gamer guide published in June 2026 reports that players must reach Level 15 to redeem dice links and that each link can be claimed once. Those are secondary-source claims; the Scopely pages reviewed do not verify the specific rules. The supported troubleshooting steps are app, link, and account checks. Dice generators, hacks, paid dice sellers, VPNs, system-cleaner apps, accessories, and device-repair products do not address whether Scopely’s link is valid or your account is eligible. Do not share account credentials with a service claiming it can unlock a failed reward.
