पहले तरीका चुनें: एक फ़ाइल, playlist या cloud

नीचे OBS का DIY workflow दिया है। अगर computer, बिजली या घर के internet पर निर्भर नहीं रहना चाहते, तो बाद का cloud विकल्प देखें।
शुरू करने से पहले: channel, वीडियो और अधिकार
- Live streaming की पात्रता: YouTube channel verified और live streaming के लिए enabled होना चाहिए। YouTube के अनुसार पिछले 90 दिनों में channel पर live-stream restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए। [YouTube live streaming की पात्रता और शुरुआत]
- फ़ाइलें तैयार रखें: अपनी rendered animated story या कहानियों की playlist फ़ाइलें उसी computer पर रखें जहाँ OBS चलेगा। OBS Media Source एक स्थानीय media file चला सकता है; VLC source playlist के लिए उपयोगी है। [OBS Media Sources]
- अधिकार जाँचें: कहानी के visuals, music, voice और अन्य सामग्री के प्रसारण के अधिकार आपके पास होने चाहिए। किसी और की animation या soundtrack को loop करना copyright जोखिम पैदा कर सकता है।
- Stream key निजी रखें: यह YouTube stream के लिए पासवर्ड और address की तरह काम करती है। इसे screenshot, सार्वजनिक निर्देश या अनजान व्यक्ति के साथ साझा न करें। [YouTube live stream settings]
OBS से animated story को loop करके live करें
- YouTube Studio में प्रसारण खोलें: YouTube Studio में Go live खोलें और encoder workflow चुनें। Live Control Room में दिखने वाला stream URL और stream key कॉपी करें। YouTube encoder को ये दोनों जानकारी देता है ताकि वह video feed भेज सके। [YouTube encoder से live stream बनाएँ]
- OBS में scene और source जोड़ें: OBS में scene बनाएँ। एक कहानी चलानी हो तो Sources में + दबाकर Media Source जोड़ें, फिर अपनी वीडियो फ़ाइल चुनें। Source properties में Loop चालू करें।
- कई कहानियों के लिए playlist बनाएं: OBS में Sources के + मेनू से VLC Video Source चुनें और अपनी media files क्रम से जोड़ें। Loop Playlist चालू करें। यह source उपलब्ध कराने के लिए computer पर VLC installed होना चाहिए। [OBS Media Sources]
- Stream key OBS में डालें: OBS की Settings → Stream खोलें। उपलब्ध service/server विकल्प में YouTube चुनें; stream URL और stream key के लिए दिए गए fields में YouTube Studio की जानकारी भरें। OBS में labels का रूप version के अनुसार अलग दिख सकता है। Key को साझा या सार्वजनिक न करें।
- Preview जाँचकर शुरू करें: OBS में Start Streaming दबाएँ। YouTube Live Control Room में preview और stream status देखें; दर्शकों के लिए stream सार्वजनिक करने से पहले audio, video framing और playlist क्रम की जाँच करें। पहली बार setup कर रहे हों तो छोटा private या unlisted test करना एक उपयोगी सावधानी है, YouTube का अनिवार्य नियम नहीं।
- प्रसारण पर निगरानी रखें: DIY तरीका उस computer, OBS प्रक्रिया, बिजली और internet connection पर निर्भर है। इनमें से कोई बाधित हो तो feed रुक सकती है। अपने connection और encoder की निगरानी तथा restart करने की योजना रखें; YouTube के उद्धृत स्रोत automatic restart की गारंटी नहीं देते।
24/7 चलाने पर archive और DVR की सीमाएँ
लंबे समय तक live रहना और पूरी stream का replay archive मिलना एक ही बात नहीं है। YouTube कहता है कि 12 घंटे से कम की streams अपने-आप archive हो सकती हैं, जबकि 12 घंटे से लंबी stream शायद capture न हो। यह guidance है, हर प्रसारण के archive होने की गारंटी नहीं। [YouTube live stream archive करें]

- बिना interruption के लगातार feed प्राथमिकता है: एक लंबा प्रसारण चलाना सरल लग सकता है, लेकिन archive और DVR की सीमाएँ स्वीकार करें। रिकॉर्डिंग और प्रसारण दोनों की ज़रूरत हो तो पहले अलग test करके स्थानीय backup की जाँच करें।
- खंडों के बीच दर्शक अनुभव: छोटे प्रसारणों के बीच क्या दिखेगा और उन्हें कितनी बार शुरू करना है, यह आपका संचालन निर्णय है। उपलब्ध YouTube जानकारी 24/7 uptime या स्वतः पुनः शुरू होने की सुविधा स्थापित नहीं करती।
Monetization और originality: कमाई निश्चित नहीं
