YouTube gaming replay stream mein Hindi subtitles kaise dikhayein? Open the replay’s captions menu and choose Hindi if it’s available. If not, try Auto-translate → Hindi. These options depend on the replay having captions; if it has none, only the channel owner can add a subtitle track.
Turn on Hindi subtitles on a computer
- Open the gaming replay on YouTube.
- Select the CC button if it appears. If needed, open the player’s Settings or Subtitles/CC menu.
- Choose Hindi if it is listed. If it is not, select Auto-translate, then choose Hindi if that option appears. YouTube’s computer caption instructions describe these player controls.
If there is no captions control, or it is disabled, the player does not currently offer captions for that video.
Use captions on a phone, TV, or game console
Phone or tablet
- Tap the video to show the player controls.
- Turn on captions, then open the captions or language menu.
- Choose Hindi, or select Auto-translate → Hindi if offered.
You can adjust caption size and style in YouTube’s caption settings. On mobile and tablet, YouTube also documents a Show when muted option. Controls can vary by player, so use the options visible on your device. See YouTube’s Android caption instructions.
TV or game console
- Pause the replay and open Captions.
- Select an available language and adjust caption style if you want.
If the replay has no captions, the control may be missing or unavailable. YouTube’s TV and game console guidance covers these controls.

Why Hindi or captions may be missing
Auto-translate is a viewer-side option only when YouTube offers it for that video. If the player has no caption track, you cannot create one from the viewer controls.
YouTube lists Hindi among languages supported for automatic captions on long-form videos and Shorts, but that does not guarantee captions for a particular gaming replay. Captions may be delayed or unavailable because of processing time, unsupported speech, a long video, poor audio, silence at the beginning, overlapping speakers, or multiple languages spoken at once. Automatic speech recognition can also misread accents, dialects, mispronunciations, and speech mixed with background noise. YouTube recommends that creators review generated captions. Live captions and replay captions are different
YouTube Help says, “Automatic captions for live streams are available in English only.” Those live automatic captions do not remain on the video after the stream ends. YouTube may generate a new set of captions for the replay through its video-on-demand process, and the new captions may differ from what viewers saw live. Check the replay itself for Hindi or Auto-translate rather than assuming live captions carried over.
If you own the channel, add Hindi subtitles in YouTube Studio
- Sign in to YouTube Studio.
- Choose Subtitles from the left menu and select the replay.
- Add a language and choose a method: upload a timed subtitle file, auto-sync a transcript, or type the captions manually.
- Review the timing and wording, then publish the subtitle track.
Once a Hindi track is available, viewers can select it in the replay’s captions menu. YouTube’s instructions are at Add subtitles & captions.
