If a real-estate tour appears twice in a YouTube playlist, inspect the playlist entries and remove the extra one. If it appears once but plays again after finishing, check whether repeat is enabled for the video or the playlist. Those are separate issues, and the title alone does not establish what caused this case.
First, tell a duplicate playlist entry from repeat playback
| What you see | What to check | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| The tour appears twice in the playlist list. | There are two entries for the tour. | Remove the unwanted playlist entry. |
| The tour appears once, then starts again after it finishes. | Check whether the video or playlist is set to repeat. | Turn off the active repeat control. |
Check the playlist contents before changing playback settings. YouTube documents playlist editing separately from looping a video or playlist; neither symptom by itself identifies why it occurred.
Remove the extra playlist entry on desktop
- Open the affected playlist on YouTube and scan its entries for the tour title and thumbnail.
- Beside the unwanted entry, select More.
- Choose Remove from [PLAYLIST NAME].
- Check the playlist again to confirm the extra entry is gone. To change the order instead, drag a video to its new position.
These item-removal steps are documented for desktop. On Android, if the interface does not show a permanent remove command for that item, try YouTube Studio or desktop playlist editing. Do not treat Hide as permanent removal.
If the tour is listed once, turn off repeat
YouTube has distinct controls for repeating the current video and repeating the playlist. On desktop, open the video player menu and select Loop to repeat the video. The playlist box has its own Loop control for repeating the playlist. If replay is unwanted, inspect both controls and turn off the one that is active. Control placement may vary by device and interface version.

Do not delete the live archive to fix a playlist entry
A live stream archive is the underlying video; a playlist entry is an item that points to a video. Removing an entry from a playlist is not the same as deleting the archive. YouTube says streams shorter than 12 hours can be automatically archived, and YouTube Studio provides controls for archive visibility and deletion. Use those archive controls only if you intend to change or delete the underlying video—not as the first response to a duplicate playlist item.
If playback itself is malfunctioning
Use these checks only when the player is failing or behaving inconsistently, rather than simply showing two playlist entries:

- Reopen or update the YouTube app or browser, then check playback again.
- Try another supported device to see whether the problem is limited to one device or interface.
- For a live-stream fault, compare whether one viewer or multiple viewers experience it. That can help distinguish a viewer connection problem from a stream-side issue.
These are general playback and live-stream diagnostics; they are not documented fixes for a duplicate playlist entry.
