Steam describes a game built around stopping a chain of colored balls. You aim and fire from a stone frog idol; matching three or more balls clears them. The challenge is to clear the chain before it reaches the golden skull at the end of its path. The precise quotation in Steam’s description is: “Fire magical balls from your stone frog idol to make matches of three or more and clear the deadly chain before it reaches the golden skull.” Steam’s product listing presents this as its core premise.
The store listing advertises combos and special bonuses as well as more than 20 temples. Those are features described by Steam, not findings from a new playthrough.

Windows requirements and current compatibility
Steam lists these minimum requirements for Zuma Deluxe:
- Operating system: Windows 98, ME, 2000, or XP
- Memory: 128 MB RAM
- Processor: 500 MHz or faster
- DirectX: Version 7.0
These are legacy minimum specifications, not confirmation that the game runs on Windows 10 or 11. Steam separately says its client supports Windows 10 and later beginning January 1, 2024; that client-support statement does not establish that this specific 2006 game was updated, tested, or guaranteed to work on a current Windows release. No current-PC compatibility test is established here. Before buying for a particular computer, check the current Steam listing and recent Steam discussions for reports relevant to your Windows version and hardware.

Steam identifies PopCap as the developer and publisher and gives the Windows game’s release date as August 30, 2006. The listing was available to purchase when checked, but its price and availability can change.
On October 4, 2026, Steam displayed 95% positive English reviews from 2,778 reviewers. This is a changeable platform snapshot, not an independent quality rating or a guarantee of an individual player’s experience.
