शुरू करने से पहले: अधिकार, channel और सामग्री जाँचें
कार्टून और soundtrack को livestream करने की अनुमति लें
सिर्फ इसलिए कि कोई episode YouTube पर उपलब्ध है, आपको उसे अपने channel से दोबारा प्रसारित करने का अधिकार नहीं मिल जाता। Rights holder से ऐसा स्पष्ट licence लें जो YouTube पर public livestream, भारत में प्रसारण, episode और soundtrack/music, अवधि और—यदि आप stream archive करेंगे—replay को कवर करता हो। भारत के Copyright Act में “communication to the public” की परिभाषा जनता को किसी work को देखने या सुनने योग्य उपलब्ध कराने से जुड़ी है; यह सामान्य कानूनी संदर्भ है, किसी खास licence की कानूनी व्याख्या नहीं। Copyright Act, 1957, Chapter I

Live access और stream key तैयार करें
YouTube की live-streaming guidance के अनुसार channel verified होना चाहिए, पिछले 90 दिनों में live-streaming restriction नहीं होनी चाहिए और सामान्य live-streaming के लिए न्यूनतम आयु 16 वर्ष है। Encoder से stream करना समर्थित तरीका है। YouTube Studio में Go Live या Live Control Room खोलकर encoder stream बनाएं और वहीं से वर्तमान stream key तथा ingest जानकारी लें। YouTube: Get started with live streaming
Stream key को पासवर्ड की तरह रखें—इसे किसी के साथ साझा या सार्वजनिक न करें। YouTube Studio और OBS के labels समय के साथ बदल सकते हैं, इसलिए मौजूदा बटन और प्रक्रिया के लिए YouTube की वर्तमान सहायता और Studio स्क्रीन को प्राथमिकता दें।

OBS में एक वीडियो या playlist loop करें
एक वीडियो को बार-बार चलाएं
- OBS में वह Scene खोलें जिसमें कार्टून दिखाना है। Sources के पास + दबाकर Media Source जोड़ें।
- Source के गुणों में Local File चुनें और अपने कंप्यूटर पर मौजूद अधिकृत वीडियो फाइल चुनें।
- Loop चालू करें। OBS के अनुसार playback पूरा होने पर Media Source उसी फाइल को फिर से चलाता है।
- Preview में चित्र और audio देखें-सुनें। जाँचें कि video का aspect ratio ठीक दिखता है और आवाज़ सुनाई दे रही है।
कई वीडियो की playlist चलाएं
- Sources में + दबाकर VLC Video source जोड़ें। इस source के लिए VLC installed होना चाहिए; 64-bit OBS के साथ 64-bit VLC चाहिए।
- Playlist में वे स्थानीय video files जोड़ें जिनके प्रसारण की अनुमति आपके पास है।
- Loop Playlist चालू रखें। OBS documentation में यह विकल्प default रूप से On बताया गया है; फिर भी stream शुरू करने से पहले source की मौजूदा setting जाँचें।
- यदि वीडियो हर बार अलग क्रम में चलाने हैं तो Shuffle Playlist अपनी जरूरत के अनुसार चुनें। Scene preview में playlist के एक से अधिक वीडियो बदलते हुए देखकर पुष्टि करें।

YouTube Studio से OBS को जोड़ें और test करें
- YouTube Studio के Live Control Room में encoder stream बनाएं। मौजूदा YouTube flow के अनुसार stream key और ingest configuration प्राप्त करें।
- OBS की Settings → Stream स्क्रीन खोलें। YouTube को service के रूप में चुनें या Studio में दिए गए विवरण के अनुसार custom ingest भरें; फिर stream key दर्ज करें। YouTube की वर्तमान encoder instructions के अनुसार service और ingest विकल्प जाँचें।
- OBS में चुनी गई video resolution, frame rate, encoder, bitrate और keyframe settings को YouTube के वर्तमान encoder निर्देशों से मिलाएं। इन settings के उपयुक्त मान resolution, frame rate और चुने गए encoder पर निर्भर कर सकते हैं; यहां एक सार्वभौमिक bitrate या keyframe संख्या मानकर न चलें। YouTube के Live Control Room में उपलब्ध stream health संकेतों को भी देखें।
- पहले Private या Unlisted test stream चलाएं। Picture, audio, aspect ratio, playlist transition और loop के वापस शुरू होने की जाँच करें। Private या Unlisted test भी प्रसारण-अधिकार नहीं देता—उसमें भी केवल अधिकृत सामग्री चलाएं।
- सब ठीक होने पर OBS से stream शुरू करें और Live Control Room में preview तथा stream status देखें।
किसी पुराने OBS tutorial को मौजूदा interface का अंतिम निर्देश न मानें। उदाहरण के लिए, 1–6 जुलाई 2020 की एक भारतीय विश्वविद्यालय training deck में OBS stream settings और Live Control Room की बुनियादी प्रक्रिया दिखाई गई है; मौजूदा labels और चरणों के लिए यह 2020 OBS training deck के बजाय वर्तमान YouTube निर्देश देखें।

24/7 संचालन की योजना बनाएं
OBS का loop सिर्फ media playback दोहराता है। लगातार stream के लिए OBS चलाने वाला कंप्यूटर चालू रहना चाहिए और उसे बिजली, इंटरनेट तथा encoder connection चाहिए। Stream status देखें और रुकावट के बाद stream फिर शुरू करने का तरीका तय रखें। OBS loop बिजली कटने, इंटरनेट बाधित होने, encoder बंद होने, YouTube की उपलब्धता या copyright interruption को नहीं संभालता; इसलिए सिर्फ loop चालू करके setup को unattended छोड़ना भरोसेमंद uptime की गारंटी नहीं है।
सामान्य समस्याएं और उनके उपाय
- VLC Video source सूची में नहीं दिखता या काम नहीं करता: VLC installed है या नहीं जाँचें; 64-bit OBS के लिए 64-bit VLC इस्तेमाल करें। जरूरत हो तो source को फिर खोलकर playlist files दोबारा चुनें।
- वीडियो एक बार चलकर रुक जाता है: एक file के लिए Media Source में Loop और कई files के लिए VLC source में Loop Playlist की setting जाँचें।
- Playlist का अगला वीडियो नहीं चलता: playlist में file paths और स्थानीय files की उपलब्धता जाँचें। Preview में क्रम से transition देखकर फिर test stream करें।
- YouTube को stream नहीं मिलती: OBS की Stream settings में चुनी service या custom ingest, stream key और YouTube Studio के Live Control Room status को मिलाएं। Key बदलने या नई stream बनाने पर OBS में नवीनतम key दर्ज करें।
- चित्र या audio ठीक नहीं है: OBS preview में source, audio और aspect ratio जाँचें; फिर YouTube के मौजूदा encoder निर्देशों के मुताबिक resolution, frame rate, bitrate और keyframe settings मिलाएं। किसी एक generic numeric setting को हर setup पर लागू न मानें।
- Stream शुरू होने के बाद बाधित हो जाती है: Live Control Room के संकेत देखें और rights holder से Content ID allowlist की स्थिति पूछें। Licence होने से allowlist अपने-आप सुनिश्चित नहीं होती।
- Live chat या personalized ads उपलब्ध नहीं हैं: Made for Kids setting लागू होने पर इन सुविधाओं पर प्रतिबंध हो सकता है। केवल सुविधाएँ पाने के लिए audience designation बदलने के बजाय content के अनुरूप सही setting रखें।
Loop होना और monetization के योग्य होना अलग बातें हैं
YouTube की monetization policy में 15 जुलाई 2025 के नोट के अनुसार “repetitious content” का नाम बदलकर “inauthentic content” किया गया और repetitive या mass-produced सामग्री की monetization eligibility स्पष्ट की गई। Reused-content review भी अलग है: पहले से मौजूद सामग्री को सार्थक मौलिक commentary, संशोधन या शिक्षा/मनोरंजन मूल्य के बिना दोबारा इस्तेमाल करने पर channel उस नीति में असफल हो सकता है। Copyright permission होना अपने-आप reused-content नियमों को पूरा नहीं करता। केवल 24/7 live होने, licence होने या cartoons चलाने के आधार पर monetization या YouTube Partner Program eligibility की गारंटी नहीं है। YouTube channel monetization policies
