攻略通常将《空洞骑士：丝绸之歌》的 Act 3 最终路线称作“真结局”：在 Act 2 完成 Silk and Soul，制作 Soul Snare，于 Grand Mother Silk 战斗结尾用 Needolin 启动陷阱进入 Act 3，最后推进主线并击败 Lost Lace。需要注意，“真结局”是攻略对这条路线的称呼；现有资料没有证实这是 Team Cherry 的官方命名。
先规划结局：触发 Act 3 会影响同一存档的其他结局
《丝绸之歌》有多条结局路线。完成 Snared Silk 后，载入该存档会继续 Act 3，但同一存档不能再取得前三种结局。若想收集多个结局，应先考虑其他路线，再决定是否启动 Soul Snare。
社区 Wiki 列出的路线包括：击败 Grand Mother Silk 后绑定她的 Weaver Queen、在完成 Silk and Soul 后使用 Needolin 的 Snared Silk、满足 Cursed Crest 条件并击败她的 Twisted Child，以及 Act 3 最终路线 Sister of the Void。结局条件与存档行为可参阅 Hollow Knight Wiki 的 Endings (Silksong)。
如何解锁 Silk and Soul
先达到 17 个愿望点数
接取任务至少需要 17/25 个 Quest Points。点数来自普通愿望和部分交付愿望；不必完成全部愿望、找齐所有跳蚤，也不必先击败 Act 2 最终 Boss。达到门槛后，可在 Bellhart 的 Wishwall 或 Songclave 的 Caretaker 处接取 Silk and Soul。任务门槛与接取方式见 Hollow Knight Wiki 的 Silk and Soul；PC Gamer 也指出全支线和全部跳蚤并非前置要求：How to unlock Act 3 in Silksong（2025 年 9 月 30 日）。

收集 Soul Snare 的四件材料

如何开启 Act 3
- 完成 Soul Snare 目标后，再次攀登 Citadel，前往挑战 Grand Mother Silk。
- 击败 Grand Mother Silk。在战斗结尾选择用 Needolin 启动 Soul Snare，而不是绑定她。
- 触发 Snared Silk 后，存档进入 Act 3。单纯打完 Act 2 不会自动开启这条路线；关键是完成 Silk and Soul 并在战斗结尾使用 Needolin。

- Silk and Soul 已解锁；愿望点数至少为 17。
- Maiden’s Soul、Hermit’s Soul、Seeker’s Soul 和 Snare Setter 已收齐并交给 Caretaker。
- 击败 Grand Mother Silk 时，战斗结尾使用 Needolin 启动 Soul Snare。
- 进入 Act 3 后继续完成 Last Dive，并击败 Lost Lace。
- 若还要在同一存档取得其他结局，先处理相应路线；触发 Snared Silk 后前三种结局无法再从该存档取得。
