For a player-ranked list, the clearest available measure is Nexus Mods endorsements: thumbs-up from users, not download totals. Insider Gaming’s July 1, 2026 ranking used that measure to order these ten Stellar Blade mods. Its counts are a dated snapshot, not a live ranking, and endorsements do not prove quality, safety, compatibility, or suitability for every player.
How the ranking works
Insider Gaming’s Grant Taylor-Hill reported the list below on July 1, 2026, using Nexus Mods endorsements. Endorsements and downloads are separate signals: a file can have more downloads than another without having more endorsements. The figures below were accurate at publication, according to the article, and should be read as historical counts rather than current totals. Nexus Mods’ live “Top 30 Files in past two weeks” list is a different, changing view.

What Nexus Mods’ other rankings show
Nexus Mods’ “Top 30 Files in past two weeks” page, accessed October 4, 2026, showed CNS first, Improved Perfect Defense second, and One Stop Camp Shop third among the displayed files. Those positions are live and volatile, so they should not be compared as though they were the same ranking method or date as Insider Gaming’s July list. On the page at access, CNS was last updated February 14, 2026; Improved Perfect Defense, August 8, 2025; and One Stop Camp Shop, June 30, 2025. Nexus Mods Top 30 Files in past two weeks.

The selection spans frameworks, configuration, combat, appearance, a companion, and outfit access. Nexus Mods all-time non-adult files.

Choose by what you want to change
For outfit and appearance changes
YoRHa Unofficial Ceremonial Attire focuses on customizable clothing and accessories, while Latex Battlesuit replaces the Diving Suit. Seamless Eve Scarlet Head changes Eve’s head model. The ranked list also includes adult appearance edits; check each mod page’s description and images before downloading if that content is unwanted.
For combat timing
Improved Perfect Defense adjusts parry, dodge, and guard timing. Because the adjustment affects how much timing precision combat asks of you, select among its versions according to the experience you want rather than treating its endorsement count as a difficulty recommendation.
For custom nanosuits or convenience
CNS is a framework for custom nanosuits, rather than a single outfit. One Stop Camp Shop is a separate convenience option; its author’s description says, “Makes Every Outfit Purchasable in the Camp Shop!” Nexus’s Stellar Blade catalog also includes gameplay and outfit categories, along with tools described as previewing incoming enemy attacks and evaluating parry or dodge timing. Nexus Mods Stellar Blade files.
For performance-oriented configuration
Ultimate Engine Tweaks is the ranked configuration option, but the author’s stated aims are not a guarantee of better performance on your PC. Treat it as a configuration change, review its current page instructions, and do not assume it is compatible with other changes unless the mod page explicitly says so.
Quick Recap
What to check before installing
- Read the current mod page. Check the description, files, requirements, stated compatibility, and update date. The ranking counts do not establish that a file works with your game version or with another mod.
- Separate popularity signals. Endorsements reflect user approval on Nexus Mods; downloads count file acquisitions. Neither metric is an independent quality or safety test.
- Match the mod to your goal. Decide whether you want cosmetic customization, adult appearance content, combat changes, a framework, or configuration before choosing from a mixed list.
- Check the content and scope. Adult appearance edits and combat timing changes have different implications than outfit access or a companion mod.
- Use current instructions and keep changes reversible. Follow the individual author’s installation and removal guidance; the ranked list itself does not establish installation complexity or safe removal steps.
