It does not include the full list or enough title-specific information to establish release dates, platforms, or current availability. That makes a reliable, current account of all ten impossible from the evidence available here.
What is known about the list
An indexed journalist profile attributes “10 More RPGs to Look Forward to In 2025 & 2026” to Guillermo Kurten at GameRant. Its short summary names Pokémon Legends: Z-A and The Outer Worlds 2, but does not identify the other eight entries or provide the article’s publication date. The indexed profile is therefore evidence for those two examples, not a complete copy of the roundup.

Why the release-year framing needs care
A roundup published ahead of 2025 or 2026 can describe games readers hope to play, but a year in a headline does not establish a confirmed launch date. Release certainty also differs among upcoming RPGs: a July 2025 roundup of tactical RPGs, for example, distinguishes games with varying levels of date certainty. That genre context does not verify the schedule or category of the ten games in GameRant’s list. Turn Based Lovers’ July 10, 2025 roundup describes tactical play in terms of character builds, equipment, positioning, and timing, but it is not a substitute for the missing list.
What cannot be confirmed
- The identities of the eight games not named in the indexed summary.
- The complete list’s release windows, platforms, and regional availability.
- Whether any game has since launched, been delayed, or changed platforms.
- Which games, if any, are tactical RPGs; the tactical-RPG roundup is not evidence about the target list.
RPGWatch’s RPG news roundup index offers broader secondary coverage of anticipated RPGs, but its indexed snippet does not establish the status of games missing from the GameRant summary. Until the original article or another complete copy is available, naming additional titles or assigning them dates and platforms would be guesswork.
