GPS spoofing violates Pokémon GO’s published rules and can put an account at risk. This guide maps 12 location-changing tools currently marketed toward gamers, explains their claimed platforms and features, and separates vendor promises from what Pokémon GO officially allows.
GPS spoofing is not allowed in Pokémon GO. Pokémon GO’s published Terms, Gameplay Fairness Policy, and Player Guidelines treat falsifying a device’s location—including GPS spoofing—as cheating. Enforcement can include warnings, degraded gameplay, suspension, or permanent account termination. That means there is no responsible way to call a location-changing app “safe,” “undetectable,” or the best choice for Pokémon GO.

This is therefore a market guide, not a recommendation or a how-to. The 12 products below have public publisher pages or Google Play listings that document location-changing capabilities. Their inclusion does not mean they work with the current Pokémon GO build, comply with the game’s rules, protect an account, or have been independently tested by VGSources.

At a glance: 12 publicly marketed location-changing tools
| Tool | Documented platform scope | Publisher/store-described capability | Important caveat |
|---|---|---|---|
| Tenorshare iAnyGo | iOS and Android | GPS location change; Pokémon GO-directed marketing | Compatibility and safety claims remain vendor claims. |
| iToolab AnyGo | iOS and Android | Location changes, routes, joystick, GPX handling | Feature depth is not proof of policy compliance. |
| iMyFone AnyTo | iOS and Android | GPS modification and a game mode naming Pokémon GO | Its Android documentation involves system-level location configuration. |
| Dr.Fone Virtual Location | iOS and Android | Location changes and simulated movement | Publisher marketing is not current-game certification. |
| FonesGo Location Changer | iOS and Android | Location changes, teleporting, movement simulation | Do not treat risk-related advertising as an assurance. |
| WooTechy iMoveGo | iOS and Android | Teleport, routes, joystick, cooldown timer | A timer is not an official allowance or enforcement guarantee. |
| UnicTool TailorGo | Desktop and mobile workflows documented | Teleporting, simulated movement, joystick, Pokémon GO map references | Specific game-oriented features do not make prohibited play acceptable. |
| UltFone Location Changer | iPhone and Android | GPS change, routes, joystick, game-map functions | Use only the company’s attributed claims. |
| PoKeep | iPhone and Android | Location changer marketed toward location-based games | No independent reliability or security verification is implied. |
| PoGoskill Fake GPS, Joystick | Android | Fake GPS/location changer for location-based apps and games | A Play Store listing is not Pokémon GO approval. |
| Lexa Fake GPS location | Android | Device mock location, described as testing-oriented | A general mock-location utility, not a Pokémon GO recommendation. |
| GPS Emulator | Android | Mock coordinates and location controls | Its listing says it is for developer testing, not deceiving games. |
The 12 candidates, in context
1. Tenorshare iAnyGo
Tenorshare markets iAnyGo as a commercial GPS-location-changing product for iOS and Android, with Pokémon GO-related material on its product site. That establishes it as a visible cross-platform product in this market. It does not establish that Pokémon GO permits its use, that it will work with a current game release, or that vendor safety language should be relied on.

2. iToolab AnyGo
iToolab’s AnyGo page describes iPhone and Android location changes alongside movement simulation, joystick controls, GPX route handling, multi-device features, and Pokémon GO-related use. Those descriptions make it one of the more feature-rich vendor offerings on paper. They are still product claims, not independent evidence of account safety, game compatibility, or acceptable use.
3. iMyFone AnyTo
iMyFone documents AnyTo for iOS and Android GPS modification and explicitly names Pokémon GO in a game mode. Its Android documentation also refers to the operating system’s mock-location-app setting. That is a useful reminder that location-changing software can affect a device beyond one game: before installing any such product, review its permissions, privacy policy, support process, and how to reset or remove its changes.
4. Dr.Fone Virtual Location
Wondershare markets Dr.Fone Virtual Location for Android and iOS, including Pokémon GO references and route-style simulated movement. It belongs in a general overview of commercial location changers because the publisher documents those functions. VGSources does not treat that marketing as confirmation that the current Pokémon GO client accepts the product.

FonesGo markets a cross-platform location changer with Pokémon GO references, one-click location changes, teleporting, and movement simulation. Some products in this category use very strong language about risk or detection. Readers should treat that as advertising, not as a promise that overrides Pokémon GO’s published anti-cheating rules.

- Compact Design: Measures just 4 x 2 x 0.2 inches, making it easy to carry and mount in vehicles

- Included Components: Comes with a Micro SD Card for additional storage and functionality
6. WooTechy iMoveGo
WooTechy describes iMoveGo for iOS and Android with teleport, two-spot and multi-spot routes, joystick control, and a cooldown timer. A cooldown timer is an interface feature; it is not an official Pokémon GO feature, a statement of permission, or evidence that enforcement risk is reduced.
7. UnicTool TailorGo
UnicTool’s TailorGo documentation covers desktop and mobile workflows, teleporting, simulated movement, joystick mode, and Pokémon GO map references such as PokéStops and Gyms. The game-specific terminology explains why it appears in searches for this topic. It does not justify a ranking, an operational walkthrough, or a claim that use is allowed.
8. UltFone Location Changer
UltFone markets a location changer for iPhone and Android and says it supports location-based apps including Pokémon GO. Its materials describe route, joystick, and in-product map functions. Keep the distinction clear: these are UltFone’s descriptions of its product, not an independent endorsement or a guarantee about Pokémon GO accounts.

9. PoKeep
PoKeep markets an iPhone and Android location changer and names Pokémon GO among location-based games in its public material. It also advertises a no-jailbreak approach. That is a marketing description of its installation model, not an independent finding about security, privacy, game compatibility, or compliance with Pokémon GO policy.
Rank #3
- Rugged handheld navigator with preloaded worldwide basemap and 2.2 inch monochrome display
- WAAS enabled GPS receiver with HotFix and GLONASS support for fast positioning and a reliable signal
- Waterproof to IPX7 standards for protection against splashes, rain, etc.
- Support for paperless geocaching and Garmin spine mounting accessories. Power with two AA batteries for up to 20 hours of use (best with Polaroid AA batteries)
- See high and low elevation points or store waypoints along a track (start, finish and high/low altitude) to estimate time and distance between points
10. PoGoskill Fake GPS, Joystick
PoGoskill has a Google Play listing for an Android fake-GPS product aimed at location-based apps, games, and social apps. A current store listing is useful evidence that an Android app is publicly distributed; it does not show that Pokémon GO approves it, that a particular review is trustworthy, or that use carries no account consequences.
11. Lexa Fake GPS location
Lexa Fake GPS location is a general Android mock-location app. Its Play Store description says it can set a fake GPS position for other apps and frames its limited free function around testing. It is best understood as a broad device-testing utility—not as a Pokémon GO solution or recommendation.
12. GPS Emulator
GPS Emulator is another Android mock-location product with controls for simulated coordinates. Its store listing explicitly says it was not designed to deceive games and identifies developer testing as its purpose. That qualification matters: it should not be repackaged as a gaming workaround simply because a broad title calls for a market list.

How to assess a location-changing product for legitimate uses
If you are evaluating a location-changing utility for software testing, privacy research, demo work, or another lawful purpose, compare published claims rather than “ban risk” or stealth claims.
Rank #4
- Compact and lightweight GPS handheld navigator with bright 2.4" high-resolution color screen so you can easily follow your track
- 4 satellites (GPS, Galileo, BeiDou and QZSS) allow you to get optimal accuracy in challenging locations, including steep country, urban canyons and forests with dense trees
- Rechargeable battery can provide up to 20 hours of battery life in continuous use; recharge easily with a standard USB-C cable
- Equip with essential tools like GPS compass which provides an accurate heading, barometric altimeter, sunrise and sunset (No maps)
- Track navigation, Record your tracks before hiking,it can guide back to your starting position when you lost your direction, and store waypoints along a track
- Platform scope: Confirm whether the publisher currently documents iOS, Android, a desktop companion, or Android-only use for your own device and operating-system version.
- Interface category: Separate a simple location override from route simulation, joystick controls, or a game-branded interface. More controls do not mean a product is more trustworthy.
- Installation footprint: Check whether the product’s documentation indicates a computer connection, operating-system location settings, or an app-based workflow. Understand what will change on the device and how to reverse it.
- Privacy and permissions: Read the privacy policy, requested permissions, account-creation requirements, signing information, and whether location data is stored or shared.
- Commercial terms: Verify price, renewal cadence, trial limits, refund conditions, cancellation path, taxes, and regional availability at checkout on the day you buy. These details change often.
- Support and recovery: Look for a real support contact, current documentation, uninstall instructions, and a clear method to restore normal location behavior before you commit.
Do not use claims about “no bans,” detection rates, cooldown strategies, stealth, or the latest Pokémon GO update as buying criteria. They are not official assurances, and Pokémon GO’s rules prohibit the underlying location falsification.
Why there is no safe Pokémon GO spoofer
The key issue is not whether a vendor says its tool uses a particular connection method, avoids root or jailbreak, offers a timer, or has a large user base. Pokémon GO’s published rules prohibit location falsification and unauthorized third-party software or add-ons. The game’s enforcement framework describes escalating action for cheating, including warnings, gameplay restrictions, suspension, and permanent termination.
As a result, no publisher can responsibly guarantee that a location-changing product is safe for Pokémon GO. A vendor’s compatibility page is not an official approval, and an app-store listing is not a statement from Pokémon GO that the tool is permitted. Account holders bear the consequences of activity on their accounts.

For players who want an accessory tied to ordinary real-world Pokémon GO play, Pokémon GO Plus + is the relevant option. If you are comparing products for the game rather than researching location-testing tools, keep this category separate from spoofing software.

Before publishing or buying: the essential distinction
These 12 names are discoverable products and apps in the location-changing market. They are not a tested leaderboard, a safe-spoofer list, or instructions for bypassing Pokémon GO’s rules. Recheck the game’s Terms, Gameplay Fairness Policy, and Player Guidelines—as well as each vendor or store page—before relying on any product claim, price, device-support statement, or availability detail.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is GPS spoofing allowed in Pokémon GO?
No. Pokémon GO’s published rules treat location falsification, including GPS spoofing, as cheating. Enforcement can include warnings, degraded gameplay, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Can a spoofer guarantee that my account will not be banned?
No. A seller’s claims about safety, cooldowns, no root, or no jailbreak are not official guarantees. Pokémon GO prohibits location falsification, so no product can promise account safety.
Why list these apps if spoofing breaks the rules?
The list documents publicly marketed or publicly listed location-changing tools. Inclusion is not an endorsement, a compatibility finding, or a recommendation to use a tool in Pokémon GO.
Which Pokémon GO spoofer is best?
There is no defensible winner. Current public marketing pages and store listings can document features and platform claims, but they cannot establish a safe, reliable, policy-compliant Pokémon GO spoofer.
What is a legitimate alternative for Pokémon GO players?
Pokémon GO Plus + is a physical accessory relevant to normal Pokémon GO play. It supports gameplay without falsifying a device’s location.
The Bottom Line
Pokémon GO prohibits GPS spoofing. Treat this list as a sourced overview of marketed location-changing software, not as a recommendation, safety ranking, or workaround guide.
