2XKO Early Access began on October 7, 2025. Riot listed 8 a.m. Pacific Time that day as the go-live time for PC patch 1.0.1, but that does not establish a single worldwide release time. The date has passed, so there is no live countdown to this Early Access launch.
What time did 2XKO Early Access release?
Riot’s Season 0 patch notes, published October 6, 2025, say patch 1.0.1 went live at 8 a.m. PT on October 7. Riot also said Season 0 started that day.
That is the stated go-live time for the PC patch. The official materials cited here do not provide a complete schedule of regional times or establish an exact availability time for every platform, so 8 a.m. PT should not be treated as a confirmed universal launch time.
Has the 2XKO Early Access countdown ended?
Yes. Early Access started October 7, 2025, and that date is now past. Riot’s September 23, 2025 announcement said Closed Beta would end and Early Access would begin on the same day. A countdown to that event would be misleading; check Riot’s current announcements for any later release or update dates.

What Early Access meant for 2XKO
Early Access was a development phase, not the game’s later official launch. In an October 6, 2025 overview, Executive Producer Tom Cannon described work planned for the phase, including seasonal content, ranked, the in-game store, competitive support, and console development. He said the team would leave Early Access for an official launch once that work was in good shape.
Riot said unlocks from Early Access onward would no longer be reset. The October 2025 overview also said the team was still working to bring the game to console, but gave no console release date; that historical statement does not establish current platform availability.
