Leif Davis: build through the left
Davis is listed as a left defender or wing-back (D/WB L). That makes him the clearest choice of the three if you want to shape your Ipswich approach around a defined left-flank role. The listing establishes his positions, but it does not provide attributes to support claims about his crossing, pace, defensive quality or overall ability; decide how central he is to your system by checking his in-game profile in your save.
Conor Chaplin: keep options open in attack
Chaplin’s listed positions are attacking midfielder on the right, left or centre (AM RLC), and centre-forward (F C). That spread makes him the most positionally flexible option in this trio: you can consider him for an attacking midfield role or use him centrally up front, depending on your formation and squad needs. George Hirst: choose a dedicated striker profile
Hirst is listed as a striker (ST), giving this shortlist a clearly defined central-forward option. If your plan calls for a striker rather than an attacker who can also fill midfield positions, he is the natural fit by listed role. The position alone does not establish his finishing, physical strengths, goals, or long-term ceiling.

- Want a left-flank build-up option? Start with Davis, whose listed positions are left defender and left wing-back.
- Want an attacker who can cover multiple positions? Look at Chaplin, listed across attacking midfield and centre-forward roles.
