There is no verified Series X|S crash fix in the latest Thunder Lotus notes located here. The developer’s current known-issues page identifies Xbox Series X|S build 1.1.1.14543 but does not list a crash issue for either console. That does not establish that players never experience crashes. Try the general Xbox troubleshooting steps below, and report a continuing game-specific crash to Thunder Lotus.
What Thunder Lotus has confirmed about Series X|S crashes
Thunder Lotus’ current known-issues page lists Xbox Series X|S build 1.1.1.14543. It does not list a crash issue for Series X or Series S. A missing entry is not proof that the problem cannot occur; it means only that the developer’s page does not currently document it.
The latest located hotfix, dated September 9, 2026, also lists Series X|S build 1.1.1.14543. Its notes cover named gameplay fixes, but do not announce a Series X|S crash fix. So the available official information does not support calling a Series X|S crash problem solved.
Try these general Xbox crash steps
These are general Xbox game-crash recommendations, not verified fixes specifically for 33 Immortals. Try them in order; none is guaranteed to resolve the issue.

- Install available updates. Check for updates for 33 Immortals and your Xbox console, then restart the console and try again.
- Fully power cycle the console. Shut the Xbox down completely, disconnect its power for a short time, reconnect it, and start it again. This is different from simply leaving the console in standby.
- Check ventilation. Make sure the console has room for airflow and that its vents are not obstructed.
- Reinstall the game if it continues to crash. Reinstallation is a general troubleshooting step in the Xbox crash guidance; it is not a confirmed game-specific remedy.

Why Xbox One patch notes do not establish a Series X|S fix
The known-issues page documents two crash conditions for Xbox One: the game may crash if it is closed before a weapon is selected for the first time, and Xbox One may experience memory-related crashes. Those entries are scoped to Xbox One, not Series X|S.

A February 11, 2026 hotfix says it fixed performance issues that caused the Xbox One version to crash. That is an Xbox One fix, not evidence of a Series X|S crash fix. Likewise, the developer’s 7.1 hotfix describes a fix for session-wide performance drops after an update; it does not identify that change as a Series X|S crash fix.
The September 9, 2026 hotfix includes the Series X|S build number and gameplay fixes, but does not say it resolved crashes on those consoles. Read the February 11 hotfix notes and September 9 hotfix notes with those platform distinctions in mind.

If the crash continues
If the steps above do not help and the current known-issues page does not cover your problem, submit a request through Thunder Lotus support. Include whether you use a Series X or Series S, your game build if available, what you were doing when the crash happened, and whether it repeats. These details can help support understand the case; they are not a promise of a particular fix.
