That is the publisher’s reported usage ranking, not evidence that those are the five most powerful incantations.

Five incantations for different jobs
Knight’s Lightning Spear: ranged damage
Windows Central describes Knight’s Lightning Spear as an improved take on Lightning Spear: a cast sends four smaller follow-up projectiles, while a charged cast sends six. The guide assesses it as dealing more damage than the earlier spell, making it a strong candidate if you want to pressure enemies from range. That comparison is the guide’s assessment; the cited sources provide no controlled damage figures.
Pest-Thread Spears: large enemies
Against large targets, Windows Central highlights Pest-Thread Spears for its damage potential. The guide lists a cost of 28 FP per cast, says it casts quickly and can be used while riding Torrent, and places it in western Ancient Ruins of Rauh, behind the stairs leading to the area’s main boss. Its characterization of the spell as “unmatched” is opinion, not a measured comparison.
Fire Serpent: repeatable fire damage
Windows Central describes Fire Serpent as a low-cost, repeatable attack with respectable damage. Its guide points to Shadow Keep: from the Storehouse, Back Section Site of Grace, follow the route reached through the Church District. The spell is described as especially useful in PvE; in PvP, its approach is easier for opponents to anticipate.
Heal From Afar: ranged support
Heal From Afar fills a different role from the damage-focused picks by offering healing at range. Windows Central places it in the cave used to access Rauh Base and includes it in its S tier. Check the in-game description or a detailed location reference for the exact route and mechanics before setting out.

Windows Central describes this Faith-only incantation as sending a disc through a target for repeated hits at a modest FP cost, and locates it in Stone Coffin Fissure. Its damage type and repeated-hit behavior make it a distinct option, but its usefulness depends on your build and the enemy you face; the available evidence does not establish it as universally effective.
