Start with the symptom
- Won’t open or closes right away: close and reopen the game, then check for a game update and restart your device. If it still fails, check for an operating-system update.
- Stuck loading: test your internet connection, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then check for an update and restart.
- The game opens, but social features or other online functions fail: check your connection first. The Google Play listing says internet may be required for play and social features, but does not establish that every mode always needs a connection.
A Google Play Community user reported a game stuck at 5% loading on June 25, 2023. That is one dated report, not evidence of a current or widespread problem: Google Play Community report.
Try these seven fixes in order
1. Close and reopen the game
If the screen is frozen or the app is unresponsive, close Solitaire Grand Harvest using your device’s usual app-switching controls, then launch it again. Apple recommends closing and reopening an app that stops responding.
2. Check your internet connection
If loading or online features fail, see whether Wi-Fi or mobile data works in another app. If it does not, restore the connection; if it does, switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data and retry the game. The Google Play listing says an internet connection may be required for play and social features. It does not say every mode always requires internet.

3. Install an available game update
Check the official app store on your device for a Solitaire Grand Harvest update and install it if one is available. The Google Play listing warns that not updating may reduce the game experience or functionality. Apple also recommends checking for app updates when an app will not open.
4. Restart your phone or tablet
Restart the device, then try opening the game again. Apple includes a device restart in its troubleshooting sequence for apps that stop responding or will not open.

5. Check for an operating-system update
If the game remains broken, check your device settings for an available iOS or iPadOS update. Apple recommends updating the operating system when no app update is available and the app still behaves unexpectedly.
6. Reinstall only after considering your progress
Deleting and downloading the game again is a later step, not a first response. Apple warns that deleting an app may remove data stored in it. The available sources do not establish exactly how Solitaire Grand Harvest saves or restores progress. If you cannot confirm that your progress can be recovered, contact the developer before deleting the app.

7. Contact Supertreat support with a clear report
Solitaire Grand Harvest is a Supertreat / Playtika Studio game. The Google Play listing provides the support email [email protected]. An App Store developer response directs players to Settings & Help > Contact Support in the game. If that menu is different in your version, use the support link or email shown in your app store listing.
To make your report easier to assess, include your device model, operating-system and game versions, where the failure occurs, whether it happens on both Wi-Fi and mobile data, and any error message. These are useful details to provide, not a quoted support requirement. See the Google Play listing or App Store listing for the game’s current store information.

What these checks can—and can’t—tell you
These steps address common possibilities such as a temporary app hang, connection trouble, or an outdated app or operating system. The available store information and support guidance do not identify a live outage, a current game-wide defect, or the cause of an individual player’s problem.
