The top-rated strikers in EA Sports FC 25 are Kylian Mbappé, Erling Haaland, and Harry Kane, each with a 90 overall rating. The ranking below follows FIFA Index’s displayed order for strikers (ST, CF, RS, and LS) and includes women and men. It is a database-rating shortlist—not proof that the player listed first is the strongest choice in every mode or formation.
FC 25’s nine top-rated strikers
FIFA Index lists these players as its first nine entries for FC 25 strikers. The ratings are in-game overall ratings, not real-world performance statistics. The ordering is the source’s displayed order; players with the same rating are tied on that measure.

How to read the ranking
Overall rating, not a gameplay verdict
The list ranks players by the database’s overall ratings. Mbappé, Haaland, and Kane all have 90 overall, so their first-, second-, and third-place positions should not be read as meaningful differences in gameplay quality. The same applies to the 89-rated and 88-rated groups: each player in a group shares the same overall rating.

FIFA Index’s FC 25 overview also lists Kane, Mbappé, and Haaland at 90 overall among the game’s top ten players. EA’s player-ratings page explains that its ranking order can incorporate subjective real-life-performance factors beyond item attributes; its current destination is for a newer FC edition, so it does not establish FC 25’s current ranking.
Potential and growth are different measures
FIFA Index also displays potential and growth, which are Career Mode development measures. They are not substitutes for a player’s current overall rating, and a higher development figure would answer a different question from who is highest-rated now.

What this list can—and cannot—help you choose
Use the nine names as a starting shortlist if you want highly rated FC 25 players at striker or the listed forward positions. The ranking does not establish who is most effective in Ultimate Team, who makes the best Career Mode signing, or which player suits a particular formation. It also does not provide enough evidence to compare these nine on pace, shooting, weak foot, skill moves, price, chemistry, or mode-specific value.
For a decision beyond overall rating, compare the relevant FC 25 player entries and the requirements of your squad or mode. This ranking alone cannot show whether a player is available or useful in a particular mode, budget, platform, or team setup.
