Phasmophobia’s 2026 Crimson Eye Halloween event runs from October 8 through November 1. Kinetic Games has corrected the patch date to October 7; the event start date remains October 8. The event includes eight featured locations, an in-game reward track, a separate Twitch Drop, a Double XP & Rewards period and a charity event scheduled for its final week.

Which locations are in the event?
The official announcement names eight featured locations:
- 6 Tanglewood Drive
- 42 Edgefield Road
- Grafton Farmhouse
- 13 Willow Street
- Bleasdale Farmhouse
- Point Hope (Standard only)
- Camp Woodwind
- Nell’s Diner
Point Hope Restricted is excluded. Kinetic says Nell’s Diner and the reworked 6 Tanglewood Drive and 13 Willow Street will be dressed in red for the event. Kinetic Games announcement
How event points and rewards work
Playing the featured locations earns event points. The announcement identifies hunting Blood Moon totems, completing investigations and completing optional objectives as point-earning activities. Blood Moon weather makes the ghost hunt more challenging. It does not publish point thresholds or a complete unlock-by-unlock reward table, so the exact requirements for individual rewards are not established in the announcement.

How to get the Crimson Eye tee
The Crimson Eye tee is also the Twitch Drop reward. Watch two total hours of Phasmophobia streams before the Drop closes at 11:59 PM BST on October 15, 2026. Double XP & Rewards: October 15–22
During this window, rewards from completed investigations are doubled. The announcement does not describe this as a change to the Crimson Eye event-point thresholds.
Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts: October 26–November 1
Kinetic Games plans to run Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts with the American Heart Association during the event’s final week. It says further details will come nearer the event, so specific charity activities and reward conditions are not yet established. The developer also reports that the Phasmophobia community raised over $100,000 during the previous year’s Ghost Hunts 4 Hearts; that figure is Kinetic Games’ report, not an independently audited total.
