Metro Atlanta is the strongest all-around pipeline in the available College Football 26 Dynasty ranking, with East Texas and South Florida close behind for different roster-building goals. The ranking names ten pipelines—not twelve—so this guide covers all ten rather than inventing two more. Your best choice still depends on your school’s location, existing pipeline strength, roster needs, recruiting competition, and scheme.
How to choose a Dynasty pipeline
Use the rankings as a starting point, not a universal rule. Compare a region against the recruits you need and the school you are building:
- Position and archetype: Prioritize a region that suits your roster gaps and scheme, such as speed for a spread offense or physical linemen for a power-based roster.
- Proximity: Recruit location affects visit cost. EA says it is easier and cheaper to bring nearby recruits to campus, so a regional fit can be more useful than a higher-ranked distant option. EA’s Dynasty and Team Builder deep dive explains location-based recruiting.
- Existing pipeline strength: A school’s established recruiting presence can change how useful a region is. Team Builder lets users customize pipeline locations and strength; EA describes tiers from 1 to 5, with Tier 5 strongest and Tier 1 weakest.
- Competition: A region may offer appealing recruits but also attract nearby powers. Consider whether your program can realistically win those recruiting battles.
- Recruiting resources and interest: Pipeline is only one factor. Visits, pitches, coach abilities, school grades, dealbreakers, and existing recruit interest also affect outcomes.
Operation Sports reports pipeline multipliers of 1.00x at Tier 0, 1.15x at Tier 1, 1.30x at Tier 2, 1.50x at Tier 3, 1.75x at Tier 4, and 2.00x at Tier 5. These are figures reported by that publication, not numbers confirmed on EA’s official page, and they do not guarantee a commitment. Operation Sports’ ranking and mechanics table provides the figures.

-
Metro Atlanta — best all-around
A strong choice for balanced recruiting, especially if you want speed at receiver and defensive back alongside linebackers, edge players, and versatile athletes. Georgia, Georgia Tech, and other major programs make the region highly competitive.
-
East Texas — quarterbacks and offensive tackles
Consider East Texas if you need quarterbacks, offensive tackles, or depth across several positions—particularly when your school is already near Texas. Texas and Texas A&M create substantial competition.
-
South Florida — speed and skill positions
This region is recommended for receivers, running backs, and cornerbacks. It suits spread offenses and defenses that rely on aggressive man coverage, though national programs compete for the same talent.
-
Southern California — quarterbacks, receivers, and edge players
A western recruiting base with appeal for passing offenses and perimeter talent. It is less practical for many distant schools, and national competition can limit access.

-
Louisiana — physical line play
Louisiana is a fit for physical linemen and powerful skill players, including offensive-line and defensive-front depth. LSU’s regional strength makes overlooked prospects worth considering for programs competing from outside the state.
-
North Texas — balanced depth for a rebuild
This region offers a mix of offensive-line, linebacker, and skill-position depth. It is a practical option for a multi-year rebuild that needs help across the roster rather than one narrow specialty.
-
Big Apple — Northeast depth and versatility
The Big Apple is recommended for tight ends, offensive linemen, pass rushers, and versatile athletes. Its pool may be thinner than those in Texas, Florida, or Georgia, so pairing it with another region can reduce roster risk.
-
Tidewater — a regional fit for nearby schools
For programs in Virginia, Maryland, Delaware, and nearby areas, Tidewater offers access to defensive backs, linebackers, hybrid defenders, and athletic tight ends. Its appeal is regional fit rather than the greatest volume of five-star recruits.

EA SPORTS College Football 26 - For PlayStation 5- Bring Glory Home in EA SPORTS College Football 26
- Experience college football from high school recruit to the Heisman
- Forge your legacy as a coach.
-
Ohio — Midwest recruiting
Ohio is an option for offensive linemen and physical defenders, especially for nearby MAC or Big Ten programs. Ohio State’s pull can make top-end recruiting battles difficult.
-
Central Florida — complementary speed and space
Central Florida is a useful complement for dual-threat quarterbacks, agile receivers, and defensive backs. It fits offenses built around space, option reads, and yards after the catch.
Which pipeline should you choose for your team?
For an all-around roster
Start with Metro Atlanta if you want a broad mix of athletic talent and can contend with the region’s established programs.
For quarterback or offensive-line needs
East Texas is the ranking’s clearest fit for quarterbacks and offensive tackles. North Texas is a broader alternative when you need depth at multiple positions.

- Experience the entire football journey, from high school recruit to the NFL, with the Kickoff Bundle.
- Includes the Standard Editions of both Madden NFL 26 and College Football 26.
For speed and perimeter play
South Florida is the more direct match for receivers, running backs, and cornerbacks. Central Florida can complement a space-oriented offense, while Southern California is another option for quarterbacks and receivers if the distance makes sense for your school.
For a distant rebuild
Do not select a region solely because it ranks highly. A closer pipeline with existing school strength and lower practical recruiting costs may serve a distant rebuild better than a faraway talent base.
Why the title says 12 but the ranking has 10
The October 2, 2026 Operation Sports ranking retrieved for this guide lists ten pipelines. It does not establish ranked entries eleven and twelve, so this article does not fabricate them. The list is an editorial snapshot and may change with title updates or later annual editions.
