Its reward-earning window is closed, so the unlock steps below are a guide to what participants could earn—not a way to earn the items now. Bungie also required participants to log in before Season 1 ended to receive their reward entitlements.
Every Marathon Server Slam reward and its unlock condition
The introductory mission and the first mission had different rewards: finishing the intro unlocked two profile cosmetics, while completing a first mission earned the Standard Arrival Cache. Bungie later corrected its Deluxe Arrival Cache list on February 24, 2026.
| Requirement | Reward | Contents |
|---|---|---|
| Complete the introductory mission | Two profile cosmetics | Complex Study emblem and Beta.exe player background. Bungie described these as exclusive to Server Slam participants. |
| Complete your first mission | Standard Arrival Cache | 6 standard implants; 4 standard Runner shell cores; 6 standard weapon chip mods; Overrun and Hardline weapons. |
| Reach Runner Level 10 | Enhanced Arrival Cache (Green) | 6 enhanced implants; 12 enhanced Runner shell cores (2 for each shell); 4 enhanced weapon chip mods; Enhanced Magnum and Enhanced Hardline weapons. |
| Reach Runner Level 30 | Deluxe Arrival Cache (Blue) | 3 each of Deluxe and Enhanced implants; 1 each of Deluxe and Enhanced Runner shell cores for each shell (12 total); 2 each of Deluxe and Enhanced weapon chip mods (4 total); Deluxe Magnum and Enhanced Volley Rifle weapons; Enhanced Base Backpack. |
These thresholds and cache contents come from Bungie’s corrected Server Slam rewards announcement.
What were the Server Slam Twitch Drops?
Bungie offered five Twitch Drops, each requiring a minimum watch duration. The two one-hour rewards were separate items.
#1 Best Overall
- CLASSIC GRAPHICS AND SOUNDS: Immerse yourself in nostalgia with classic graphics, music, and sounds that look just like the original Tetris arcade game!
- AUTHENTIC GAMEPLAY: Use the joystick and buttons to move and rotate the Tetriminos as they fall to complete lines and score points!
- FULL COLOR SCREEN: With a brighter, full color screen that makes it easy to see the blocks, you’ll be racking up points like a pro as you stack your Tetriminos!
- MARATHON MODE: Race to line up your Tetriminos in rows before they stack too high. Complete 10 lines to move to the next level. But watch out - the Tetriminos drop faster the longer you play!
- SHARE AND COLLECT: Arcade Classics are a must-have retro toy for collectors or for anyone looking to share this classic toy with the next generation!
| Minimum watch time | Drop |
|---|---|
| 1 hour | Twitch Sponsored Kit |
| 1 hour | SMILEYworm profile emblem |
| 2 hours | WEAVEworm profile background |
| 3 hours | GLOWworm weapon sticker |
| 4 hours | HMG Twitch Engine weapon skin |
To earn them during the event, players needed to link their Bungie and Twitch accounts, watch a stream in the Marathon Twitch category, and earn and claim the Drops. Bungie said the items would be granted to the player’s Bungie.net profile and delivered in-game at launch. The Sponsored Kit could take up to 48 hours to reach the mailbox and had to be redeemed by March 31, 2026. The event-only Drops are no longer earnable. See Bungie’s Server Slam guide and FAQ for the original event details.
Did Server Slam progress carry over to Marathon?
No. Bungie’s February 2026 FAQ stated: “Your Server Slam progression will not carry over to launch.” The progress players made during the preview weekend did not transfer. Instead, the earned emblem, background, Twitch Drops, and Arrival Caches were reward entitlements scheduled for delivery at launch.
Can you still claim Server Slam rewards?
Bungie’s March 2 wrap-up and March 4 FAQ said participants needed to log in before the end of Season 1 to receive their rewards; the wrap-up warned that rewards would expire if they were not claimed by then. Those deadlines have passed. The cited Bungie pages do not promise a later claim route for accounts that missed the window, so check Bungie Support for account-specific help rather than assuming the items remain available.
