The Wicker Basket reference says baskets appear on maps with Lush Blooms or Cold Snap conditions. It also notes a possible spawn in the Stella Montis Cafeteria, behind an unpowered door. These details identify where baskets may appear; they do not mean every basket contains Great Mullein.
