The Horse Valley 2 community wiki says you can change a horse’s gender by buying a “gender fluid” at the witches hut on the hill. The wiki does not confirm the item’s current price or whether it is still available, so check in the live game before planning around it.
How to change a horse’s gender
According to the Horse Valley 2 community wiki’s breeding FAQ, the item is called “gender fluid” and is bought at the witches hut on the hill. The wiki does not provide a current price or a complete purchase walkthrough. Look for the item at the hut in your game and confirm its availability and cost there.
The wiki’s update history records a “Change-Horse-Gender potion” in a quality-of-life update dated July 21, 2022. That is historical community documentation, not confirmation from the developers that the potion remains available today.
Does changing gender affect breeding?
The wiki says breeding requires one fully trained female horse and one fully trained male horse. It also says the genders and breeds of horses in the paddocks reset every 15 minutes. These are separate breeding and paddock details; the wiki does not say they limit the gender-change item.

Check the game ID on the active Horse Valley listing if the experience you opened does not match these details.
Horse gender is not your Roblox account gender
Roblox’s instructions for changing an account’s gender concern account settings and the player’s avatar. That setting is separate from changing a horse’s gender inside Horse Valley; see Roblox Support’s account gender instructions.
