How does Pixelmon fishing work?
Use an in-game Pixelmon rod. The Fishing page says catches depend on biome, time of day, current weather, and the rod used. Its summary lists Dratini in Ocean and Deep Ocean at night, with Ultra Rare in the Good Rod list and Very Rare in the Super Rod list. That summary is shorter than the species page’s biome list, so the Dratini entry is the more detailed reference for rod-and-biome combinations.

What if Dratini does not appear?
- Check that it is nighttime and that you are in a biome listed for your rod.
- Confirm that you are using a Good Rod or Super Rod from Pixelmon, rather than a real-world fishing pole or a generic rod from another mod.
- If those conditions match but your server behaves differently, check the spawn configuration for your installed Pixelmon version or ask the server operator. The published wiki table does not specify a release, and server settings can differ.
