Bethesda’s “tomorrow” teaser was posted on April 21, 2025: the announcement it pointed to came on April 22, when Bethesda revealed and launched The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered. The news is complete, not a reveal still to come.
What did Bethesda announce the next day?
Bethesda revealed The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered on April 22, 2025, then released it the same day. The teaser appeared on Bethesda’s official social accounts on April 21, setting up that next-day announcement after a leak, according to Game Informer’s contemporaneous report. Bethesda’s official reveal video is dated April 22, and its launch article confirms the game was available that day.
So if you encountered the headline “Bethesda teases The Elder Scrolls IV remaster announcement tomorrow,” its “tomorrow” referred specifically to April 22, 2025—not to the day you are reading this.
What does Oblivion Remastered include?
Xbox Wire’s official launch coverage says the project was made in cooperation with remaster specialist Virtuos. It retains the original game’s core, includes the Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles expansions, and uses Unreal Engine 5 for its new visual style. These are publisher descriptions, not independent performance findings; they do not by themselves establish how the game runs on a particular platform.
