The Bodhi Sea antique in Where Winds Meet is tied to the Iron Heart Armor and a conversation with Jing’an. Finish the Bodhi Sea quest, obtain the armor, then speak with Jing’an and choose “Pagoda of Karma.” The entry should update after the story dialogue.
How to get the Bodhi Sea antique
- Complete the Bodhi Sea quest. Walkthroughs connect the armor chest to post-quest progress. Patch Crazy describes campaign objectives that include activating drums and defeating Ye Wanshan; finish any active Bodhi Sea objectives before looking for the item. Patch Crazy’s antique guide and Game8’s antique locations guide describe the quest prerequisite.
- Get Iron Heart Armor. Game8 locates a post-quest chest in an abandoned red building, while Patch Crazy describes a chest appearing after the boss. The landmark descriptions may vary by translation or progression; follow your in-game objective markers if you cannot find the chest. The item is also styled “Ironheart Armor” in some guides.
- Speak with Jing’an. Find Jing’an and choose the “Pagoda of Karma” dialogue option. Continue the conversation until the story interaction is complete; guides report that this is what updates the Bodhi Sea antique entry. NerdsChalk places Jing’an at the Porcelain Kiln crossroads, but other walkthroughs describe the location differently, so treat that landmark as a guide rather than a guaranteed map pin. If Jing’an does not offer “Pagoda of Karma”
Check your progress in this order:
- Quest status: Make sure the Bodhi Sea quest is fully complete, including any remaining objectives.
- Inventory: Confirm that Iron Heart Armor is still in your inventory. Patch Crazy advises recovering the item if it was discarded, but the available guides do not establish an official recovery guarantee.
- Conversation: Return to Jing’an after completing the quest and having the armor, then check the dialogue options again and finish the relevant conversation.
Why some guides describe a different item or route
Antberry describes the Bodhi Sea antique as a Geography-type quest item and suggests campaign completion and exploration interactions, while noting that its proposed trigger is an inference. That account does not match the Iron Heart Armor and Jing’an dialogue route corroborated by NerdsChalk, Game8, and Patch Crazy. Antberry’s guide presents the alternate framing.
Do not substitute a dagger route without checking your own in-game objective. A separate Heart of Iron side-story entry involves Ye Wanshan’s Dagger, which can be confused with this antique’s route; the available walkthroughs do not establish that the dagger completes the Bodhi Sea antique. Bodhi Sea is an in-game area associated with Qinghe/Sundara Land, and “antique” here means a collectible/story entry—not a real-world object.
