Supercell documented and fixed a Power League season-reset reward issue in a May 2023 maintenance update. That confirms a historical bug, but it does not show that a current missing reward has the same cause or that a new widespread incident is underway. If a reward is still missing from your account, contact Supercell through Settings > Help & Support in Brawl Stars and provide the season, timing, rank or progress, and reward details.
What Supercell’s Power League fix confirmed
In the Rumble Jungle patch notes, Supercell’s May 3 maintenance entry said it “Fixed the Power League Season reset rewards based on the player’s Power League progress from the previous season.” This confirms that Supercell acknowledged and fixed a problem with Power League reset rewards being based on previous-season progress.
The note does not identify how many accounts were affected, specify whether every missing reward was restored, or establish that the same problem is happening now. It cannot diagnose an individual account.
How the old Power League Bling rewards worked
When Bling was introduced, Supercell described a Power League reward of 250 Bling at each rank. Players could claim the reward immediately, once per season, and collect Bling from ranks reached in the previous season retroactively when a new season began. That system explains why players expected rank-based rewards around a season reset; it is not a guide to current Ranked eligibility.

Power League reset rewards were separate from trophy seasonal-reset rewards. The May 2023 fix specifically refers to Power League progress, so a trophy reset should not be treated as the same reward issue.
Power League was replaced by Ranked
Supercell later announced, “Power League is dead. Ranked is here!” The Ranked Update described a different system: seasons last about one month and coincide with Brawl Pass seasons; at a new season, players reset to Bronze I and receive a rank boost up to the rank they reached in the previous season. Ranked Starr Drops can contain Bling, cosmetics, and skins.

Those Ranked rules should not be used to determine whether an account qualified for a reward under the discontinued Power League system. Bling sources and shop rules can also change over time: Supercell’s Bling support page lists sources including Brawl Pass, Trophy Road, quests, and challenges, while its March 2026 announcement described planned Bling shop changes and obtaining Bling through Ranked and the Pro Pass.

What to do if a reward is missing
- Open in-game support. In Brawl Stars, go to Settings > Help & Support. If the available help articles do not resolve the issue, use the support chat or contact option shown there. Supercell’s support guidance directs players to describe what happened and when, and to include relevant player IDs.
- Give support the details needed to check your account. Include the season and approximate time the reward should have appeared, your Power League rank or progress if relevant, the specific reward that is missing, and what you have already checked. Include your player ID.
- Keep the report specific. The public 2023 patch note establishes a past fix, not the cause of your case. Ask support to check the account rather than assuming a current game-wide bug or a guaranteed restoration.
- Avoid third-party reward or account services. Supercell warns that unauthorized sites offering game items may collect money or personal information or compromise accounts. Use in-game channels for purchases and account help.
