TechWiser published and updated this ranking on September 22, 2025. It places the 14 guns in five tiers:

SS tier
- Dragonstorm: The list points to its basic attack and two moves, describing stun and damage utility and use in aerial and ground battles and raids.
- Skull Guitar: It is described as a long-range option with high damage, combo potential, stun utility, and attacks that break Instinct.
- Acidum Rifle: The author highlights PvP use, aerial performance, Instinct breaking, and poison damage over time.
S tier

How to use the ranking for PvP or PvE
A tier is a starting point, not a universal recommendation. The sources do not establish a controlled, current ranking by win rate, damage, or performance across builds. When deciding which gun fits your play, compare the job you need it to do and the cost of obtaining and developing it.

- Activity: Separate PvP needs from PvE needs such as raids, bosses, or NPC encounters.
- Role: Consider damage, stun or combo setup, range, and area coverage rather than treating every gun as interchangeable.
- Build: Account for your gun-stat investment, aim and play style, and the weapon’s upgrade and enchantment state.
- Effort: Factor in the current in-game requirements for acquiring the weapon.
- Date: Check whether a later game update has changed the weapon or the conditions behind the recommendation.
Where the guns come from
The community-maintained gun index lists 14 guns and describes them as ranged weapons used for support and zoning. It says ordinary shots reload automatically, while gun moves have their own cooldowns. Its listed acquisition routes are a guide, not a guarantee that requirements remain unchanged; check in-game before grinding.

Upgrade bonuses are not a weapon-strength ranking
The community wiki lists these damage increases for upgrades: Dragonstorm +8%, Skull Guitar +6%, Acidum Rifle +10%, Bazooka +25%, and Kabucha +15% (upgrade details). Those figures describe upgrade bonuses, not a controlled comparison of each gun’s total damage or competitive strength; they cannot be used to reorder the tier list by themselves.
