Roblox’s documented tools let you see who is in your current experience, but its official guidance does not describe a Roblox-wide list of people you played with after you leave. If you are still in the game, check the leaderboard; if you have left, you will need to know the person’s username to look them up.
If you’re still in the experience
Open the hamburger menu and select Leaderboard. Roblox says this shows people playing in the current experience. Depending on the experience, it can include teams, scores, and status icons; the menu or leaderboard may be turned off by the experience. Roblox Support: In-Experience Leaderboards and Notifications
Selecting a player’s name may also give you options to send a friend request, block, or report them. This is a view of the current session, not a record you can reopen later.
If you’ve already left
Roblox’s published guidance describes searching for a player by username or opening their profile; it does not document a universal recent-player history. If you do not know the person’s username, the documented search and profile options may not be enough to identify them.

A profile may show Join Experience only when that player is currently in an experience and allows others to follow them. You also need permission to join that experience. Roblox Support: How to Join Another Player in Experiences
What privacy settings control
Roblox provides controls for who can see your online status, current experience, and activity updates shared with friends. To find the visibility controls, go to Settings → Privacy & content restrictions → Visibility & private servers → Visibility. Online Status and Show current experience control those respective details. A separate Share activity updates selector controls whether friends receive updates about recent in-experience activity. Available choices vary by age and region, and restricting one setting may affect related visibility. Roblox Support: Privacy Settings

These are controls over activity visibility, not a way to search for a roster of people you previously encountered.

Roblox describes Top Experiences and parental usage insights, including information about experiences played. Those tools concern games or usage, not a list of other users encountered in them. A parent with privileges may view some usage insights and manage certain features for a linked child account, subject to the child’s age; that does not provide a documented recently-played-with roster.
