To cook Carrot Stew in The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom, combine any carrot, Tabantha Wheat, Goat Butter, and Fresh Milk in a cooking pot. Game8’s recipe entry says the basic dish restores at least four hearts.
Carrot Stew ingredients and recipe
Add these four ingredients to a cooking pot:
- Any carrot
- Tabantha Wheat
- Goat Butter
- Fresh Milk
Cook them together to make the named cooked dish Carrot Stew in Tears of the Kingdom. Game8 lists this recipe and identifies its guide entry as updated July 4, 2023: Game8’s Carrot Stew recipe.
What Carrot Stew does
The basic Carrot Stew restores at least four hearts, according to Game8. This is the guide’s reported effect for the plain recipe; it is not a stamina bonus.
Carrot Stew versus Enduring Carrot Stew
Using an Endura Carrot makes a related stamina-focused dish, Enduring Carrot Stew. Zelda Dungeon lists that recipe with Endura Carrot, Tabantha Wheat, Fresh Milk, and Goat Butter, and describes it as restoring stamina and adding temporary stamina. Its effect belongs to that variant, not the basic Carrot Stew. See Zelda Dungeon’s Carrot Stew reference and Enduring Carrot Stew reference.
