There’s no confirmed live Epic Games Store offer for Deceive Inc. and Apex Legends goodies in the official pages checked on October 8, 2026. Epic’s weekly free-game program and Apex Legends’ free-to-play status do not confirm that a separate cosmetic bundle is available. Check the exact offer page for its contents and claim deadline before expecting to redeem it.
Are the Deceive Inc. and Apex Legends goodies still free?
That specific promotion could not be verified as currently claimable. Epic’s Free Games page describes weekly free-game offers and lists Apex Legends as free to play. Its Epic Extras page is for limited-time add-ons; when that page was crawled about three weeks before October 8, 2026, it displayed: “There are no Epic Extras available right now.” That earlier page snapshot does not establish whether a particular offer is live today.
Epic says free promotions have limited claim periods. A promotion must be claimed within the period shown; a past offer should not be assumed to remain free. Check Epic’s guidance on missed free-game promotions and, most importantly, the exact offer page for its current dates and terms.
Free-to-play Apex Legends is not the same as a free cosmetic bundle
Apex Legends’ base game is free to download and play on supported platforms, according to EA’s official FAQ. That does not mean every cosmetic item or bundle is free. EA explains that Apex Packs can contain cosmetic items or crafting currency; those virtual items are distinct from access to the base game.

Epic’s Deceive Inc. listing describes a multiplayer spy game centered on disguises, gadgets, and extracting with an objective. It identifies Sweet Bandits Studios as developer and Tripwire Presents as publisher. The listing’s description of the game is not confirmation of a current giveaway or an Apex Legends bundle.
How to claim an Epic offer safely
- Open the official Epic Games Store page for the specific offer, not just the Free Games or Epic Extras landing page.
- Confirm the named rewards, claim start and end dates, timezone, region, and any eligibility or ownership requirements shown on that page.
- Follow that offer’s own redemption and account-linking instructions. Do not assume another bundle’s steps apply.
- After redemption, complete any required game launch or account-linking step, then check the game for the rewards.
For one specific offer, Epic support says players must redeem the “Apex Legends: Loba Free Unlock Bundle” and launch Apex Legends from the Epic Games Store to receive it. Those instructions are for the named Loba bundle only; they do not establish how a different bundle works. See Epic’s Loba bundle support page.

What to check if you missed the promotion
Epic’s support guidance says a free promotion must be claimed during its stated availability window. If the offer page has expired or no longer shows the bundle as claimable, the available information does not establish that it can still be obtained for free. Look for a new official listing rather than relying on an old headline, search snippet, or instructions for a different Apex Legends bundle.
