Diablo 4 patch 1.4.3 was released on June 17, 2024, as build 54876 for PC and build 54828 for consoles. Blizzard said it aimed to improve underperforming classes and builds and slightly reduce The Pit’s difficulty, with Tier 60 as the target for most builds seeking the final tier of Masterworking materials. When did Diablo 4 patch 1.4.3 come out?
Blizzard released patch 1.4.3 on June 17, 2024. The PC build number was 54876; the console build number was 54828. Blizzard’s official 1.4.3 notes include the developer’s stated goals and the complete list of changes.

What changed in Diablo 4 patch 1.4.3?
The patch raised healing from several potion tiers, improved selected Unique effects, shortened the Aspect of the Protector’s barrier cooldown, reduced a Paragon Board requirement, and adjusted class balance and The Pit. The main published before-and-after values are below.
Healing Potion initial healing

These percentages are the increases Blizzard specified in the June 2024 patch notes; they describe the initial heal, not a general change to every healing effect.

Aspect and Unique-item adjustments

Paragon Boards and The Pit
The non-main-stat requirement for Paragon Boards fell from 90 to 60. Blizzard also said it was slightly lowering The Pit’s difficulty so most builds could reach Tier 60 and obtain the final tier of Masterworking materials. Tier 60 was the stated target, not a guarantee that every build could reach it.
What was Blizzard’s goal for the patch?
The Diablo IV development team said: “The changes in this patch are aimed at buffing classes and builds that are not performing as well as their counterparts. We are also slightly reducing the difficulty of the Pit to ensure that most builds are able to get to Tier 60 to get their final tier of Masterworking materials.”

The notes also contain class-specific adjustments and bug fixes. The stated aim does not mean every class or build received the same changes or became equally strong; the values above are specific to patch 1.4.3.
