For Season 11: Reorientation, the most useful “best loadouts” are role-specific picks rather than a proven universal top ten. This editorial ranking focuses on Warfare, where the current guide recommendations cover all-round rifles, close-objective fights, suppression and long-range engagements. Operations needs different attachment choices, and the newest weapons—the MDR and Thompson—are still too new for a settled placement.

Garena’s Season 11 notes schedule the season for September 8, 2026; its latest located weapon update, dated October 1, changes the FS-12 specifically in Detonation. Neither official source publishes a comparative tier list or win-rate data. The ranking below is therefore an editorial selection based on role coverage, mode fit, range, handling, recoil and magazine tradeoffs—not a measured meta. Garena’s Season 11 notes and October balance update.

How to read this ranking

These ten slots rank loadout roles for Warfare, not every gun in the game and not ten builds proven to outperform all alternatives. The September 23 Warfare guide recommends several of these weapons for distinct jobs; attachment directions below reflect guide advice, not independent testing. Choose based on the distance and role you expect to play, then adjust attachments to your own handling preferences. September 23 Warfare guide.

Warfare rewards builds suited to repeated engagements and open lanes; Operations is squad-based gearing and extraction, so a Warfare setup should not be copied over without considering the different encounter demands. Delta Force official site.

10 best Warfare gun loadouts, ranked by role

Rank Weapon Best-fit role Build direction Main tradeoff
1 CI-19 All-round rifle Favor a manageable, versatile setup that remains useful across typical Warfare distances. One build cannot maximize close handling and long-range reach at once.
2 M4A1 Adaptable, low-friction rifle Use a balanced configuration as a flexible starting point; the guide characterizes it as an early, value-oriented option. Its flexibility is the point, rather than a claim of being best at one specialized role.
3 SMG-45 Close-objective fights Prioritize handling and quick target acquisition for short-range engagements. Its close-range focus is less suited to holding long open lanes.
4 M250 Suppressive fire Build around sustained fire and the ability to keep pressure on contested areas. Prioritizing suppression and capacity can make a setup less nimble than a rifle.
5 PKM Alternate suppressive-fire pick Choose it when the same sustained-fire role suits your preferred weapon; tune attachments for control and the lanes you intend to cover. The available guide identifies the role but does not establish a measured advantage over the M250.
6 RM277 Longer-range and armor-oriented rifle role Favor a range-oriented setup for engagements beyond close objective distances. Range emphasis can come at the expense of close-range handling.
7 M82 Long-range anti-materiel role Configure for deliberate long-range shots rather than rapid close-quarter transitions. Its specialized role makes it a narrower choice than an all-round rifle.
8 K416 Sustained-fire rifle option The Warfare guide describes it as a sustained-fire option; select attachments that help keep repeated shots controllable. This is guide positioning, not evidence that it outperforms the CI-19 or M4A1.
9 Thompson Provisional aggressive close-range pick Treat it as a new close-range option and lean toward handling for aggressive pushes. It was introduced in Season 11, so recommendations are provisional rather than a settled ranking.
10 MDR New rifle to watch Use a conservative, role-appropriate setup while learning how it fits your preferred distances. The current guide considers it too new for a firm placement; this slot is exploratory, not a claim of superiority.

How to tune attachments without treating a code as proof

Guides recommend varying barrel, muzzle, optic, grip and magazine according to mode and engagement distance. Think of each choice as a compromise: range and velocity can matter on open Warfare lanes, while a shorter, handier setup can be more practical around buildings. Recoil control may improve shot management, while a larger magazine can support sustained pressure but may affect mobility or reload habits. The sources do not provide standardized measurements that would let these tradeoffs be ranked numerically.

A build code or community build directory can be a starting point for inspecting attachment combinations, not evidence that a setup is superior. The community directory describes itself as community-driven and unaffiliated. Community build directory.

When to change the build for Operations

The September 21 guide recommends an M4A1 as an all-rounder and CI-19 for close-quarters Operations scenarios. Its examples suggest a heavier barrel for general Warfare range, but a shorter barrel for handling in Hazard Operations buildings; for the CI-19 it favors close-range handling and a 1× optic. These are that guide’s recommendations, not official developer builds or verified test results. September 21 loadout guide.

Operations is not simply Warfare with different attachments: the official site describes it as squad-based gearing and extraction. Match the weapon and attachment emphasis to your likely engagement space and squad role instead of assuming one configuration is optimal in both modes.

Season 11 and balance changes to keep in view

Garena’s September 4, 2026 Season 11 notes announced the MDR assault rifle, chambered in 7.62×51mm, and the .45-caliber Thompson SMG, with the season scheduled to launch September 8. That timing helps explain why current third-party recommendations treat their rankings cautiously. Seasonal additions and balance changes can make older loadout advice stale.

Garena’s October 1, 2026 update adjusts the FS-12 in Detonation (Bomb Defusal): the limb damage multiplier changes from 0.6 to 0.4, the abdomen multiplier from 1.0 to 0.9, and the damage-falloff multipliers from 0.9/0.8 to 0.8/0.7. These are game balance values published by Garena for Detonation; they should not be generalized to Warfare or Operations. The update does not establish a comparative ranking for the ten builds above.
