Dispatch Episodes 3 and 4 move beyond the opening setup: Robert Robertson faces tougher dispatch work, while choices about the Z-Team’s lineup and his personal relationships come into sharper focus. Reviews describe the shift in emphasis, and the episodes’ decisions give players more ways to shape how Robert handles the people in his care.
What changes in Episodes 3 and 4?
The story continues as Robert settles into his job as a dispatcher. Rather than relying only on the introductory premise, these episodes put more weight on the consequences of managing a team: the work gets more demanding, and relationships among established characters receive greater attention.
Gfinity’s review describes harder dispatch checks and a more demanding hacking challenge, including firewalls that can restart the process. Destructoid’s review-in-progress likewise sees Episodes 3 and 4 as focusing more on how the characters relate to one another. These are reviewers’ assessments of the episodes, not official developer descriptions.
How the dispatch and hacking challenges add pressure
The dispatch missions ask more of the player than the earlier setup, according to Gfinity. The hacking sequence also raises the stakes: hitting a firewall can send the process back to its beginning, making mistakes costly in time and progress. The added difficulty complements the narrative decisions, putting pressure on both Robert’s practical work and his choices about the team.

Spoilers: team and relationship choices in Episodes 3 and 4
The following section names the episode decisions. The reviews establish the options, but do not fully document every downstream effect; no single choice should be treated as a guaranteed route to a particular ending.
Episode 3: choose who leaves the team
Robert must remove either Coupe or Sonar from the Z-Team. A later decision determines which of two characters, Waterboy or Phenomaman, takes the replacement spot. These are distinct choices: the first concerns who departs, and the second who joins.

Episode 3: handle the Fighting Tournament
The Fighting Tournament presents a separate management decision involving Punch-Up: send him alone, send him with Coupe, or shut down the tournament. The available coverage identifies those options but does not establish a complete account of how each changes later events.
Episode 4: choose a date
Robert can choose dinner with Blonde Blazer or a movie with Invisigal. The decision signals which relationship path the player wants to pursue; the consulted reviews do not verify all the consequences beyond the choice itself.

What these episodes mean for the story
Episodes 3 and 4 make the transition from setup to consequence legible in two ways: the dispatcher’s workload becomes more demanding, and the player has to make decisions about team membership, team management, and Robert’s relationships. If you are choosing without spoilers, focus on the kind of Robert you want to play—how he builds the team and how he treats the people around him—rather than assuming that a majority choice is the intended one.
