No. In the Minecraft Wiki’s listed values, an adult skeleton and an adult zombie each give 5 XP when killed under eligible conditions. A baby zombie is different: it is listed at 12 XP. Equipment and how a mob is killed can also affect what you receive.
How much XP do skeletons and zombies drop?
The Minecraft Wiki lists a base drop of 5 XP for both skeletons and adult zombies. These are base values, not a guarantee that every kill yields exactly 5 XP. The skeleton entry and the zombie entry provide the mob figures; the experience entry describes the conditions for receiving XP. These are community-maintained references, and the figures should not be read as independently verified across every Minecraft edition or version.

When does a kill give XP?
The references describe XP drops for kills by a player or a tamed wolf. The experience entry says a mob can yield XP if a player hit it within the preceding five seconds, which matters when a mob dies after taking damage from another source. A death that does not meet the eligible conditions may not give the expected XP.
What changes the amount?
Naturally spawned equipment
Skeletons or zombies that spawn with equipment can give additional XP: the references list 1–3 extra XP per naturally spawned equipment item. The skeleton entry specifies equipment that does not drop; its wording should not be taken as a broader rule for every mob or item.

Baby zombies
The zombie entry lists 12 XP for a baby zombie, rather than the 5 XP listed for an adult zombie. So a baby zombie can give more XP than an adult skeleton, but the adult-versus-adult comparison is equal.

A comparison can produce different results if one mob is a baby zombie, one spawned with equipment, or the deaths do not meet the XP eligibility conditions. For a like-for-like comparison, use adult mobs, account for any naturally spawned equipment, and ensure the player or a tamed wolf gets the eligible kill.
