Yes. Red Dead Redemption 2 includes nudity and brief sexual content, and the ESRB rates it M for Mature 17+. The rating also flags intense violence, blood and gore, strong language, and drug and alcohol use.
What sexual content and nudity appear in RDR2?
The ESRB’s rating summary identifies several specific examples: a brothel scene showing a woman’s exposed breasts as she straddles a man; a distant spanking scene with a fleeting depiction of male genitalia; and sexual moaning sounds inside a tent. It also notes men with exposed genitalia in non-sexual settings, including a man swimming and bodies among corpses on the ground. Read the ESRB rating summary.

The sexual material is described as brief, with examples rather than sustained explicit sexual activity. Nudity is present, so it would be inaccurate to describe the game as having no sexual content or nudity.
What else makes the game mature-rated?
Sexual content is only one part of the rating. The ESRB also lists blood and gore, intense violence, strong language, and use of drugs and alcohol. Its summary describes graphic combat and dismemberment, disturbing bodies and violent cutscenes, as well as drinking, stimulant use, and a brief opium-pipe scene. Rockstar’s official game page lists the content descriptors.

Is RDR2 suitable for younger players?
That depends on the individual and the standards of the parent or guardian, but the M for Mature 17+ rating reflects more than the brief sexual material. Consider the game’s graphic violence, gore, language, and substance use alongside its nudity when deciding whether it is appropriate.
