Identify where loading stops
“Stuck loading” can describe different problems: the game may not start, may stall after a battle or stage, or may hang while reconnecting. Players have reported all of these experiences, but those historical reports do not establish a shared cause or confirm a current outage. The App Store reviews are examples of player reports, not a diagnosis of your case.
Note what you were doing when the problem began and whether the game reaches the loading screen at all. That detail can help support distinguish a launch failure from a post-battle stall or a reconnect loop.
Check the connection and internal storage
Ludia’s official “Why won’t my game load?” FAQ says to make sure you are connected to the internet and have enough space on internal storage. The page displayed “Last Updated: 2778d” when accessed on October 8, 2026, so treat it as the publisher’s basic guidance, not a newly issued fix or a guarantee that these checks will solve every loading problem.

- Confirm that other apps or websites can use the internet on the device.
- If you are on Wi-Fi, try reconnecting to the network. If available, check whether the game behaves differently on mobile data.
- Check the device’s available internal storage and free space if it is nearly full.
A Ludia developer response on the App Store listing mentioned 2 GB of available internal memory in reply to a player. That is a store response, not a published current minimum requirement; the loading FAQ itself does not set a specific storage figure.
If it remains frozen, try the related crash guidance
Ludia’s separate unexpected-close FAQ covers crashes and freezes rather than every loading-screen stall. Its troubleshooting steps are reasonable to try if the app is unresponsive, but the FAQ does not promise they will fix a loading problem.

- Restart your device, then open the game again.
- Close other applications running in the background.
- Install an available operating-system update if practical.
- If you use Wi-Fi, forget the network in your device settings and reconnect to it.
Protect a Guest account before reinstalling
Do not uninstall Dragons: Titan Uprising if you play as a Guest. Ludia’s crash FAQ explicitly warns Guest users not to uninstall. Its reinstall suggestion is specifically framed for players who play through Facebook; do not assume that reinstalling is safe for an account that is not linked.
If you are unsure whether your progress is linked or recoverable, contact Ludia support before uninstalling or clearing app data. The available guidance does not establish whether a particular player’s account data is safe to remove.

If the checks do not help, Ludia’s crash FAQ asks players to contact support with their Support Key and as many details as possible. A developer response on the App Store likewise asks players with persistent loading trouble to email support and include the Support Key.

- The game version shown in your app store.
- Where loading stops: at launch, after a battle or stage, or while reconnecting.
- Whether it happens on Wi-Fi, mobile data, or both, and what troubleshooting you have already tried.
- Whether your account is linked or is Guest-only.
The App Store listing showed version 1.29.6 dated December 16, 2025, with release notes describing bug fixes and optimizations. That is a historical listing entry, not evidence that this version is current or that it fixes a loading-screen problem; check your store for the version available to you. The sources available do not confirm an active service outage or identify a single cause, so avoid treating a particular device, network, account, or server as responsible without further evidence.
