The official notices reviewed do not verify a service-wide outage. The latest reviewed confirmed-issues notice lists specific character, animation, and device/interface problems, not a general login failure. Recent maintenance announcements say the listed maintenance was completed. These notices are not a live status guarantee, so check Bandai Namco’s official website and X account for a newer announcement. Bandai Namco support directs players to those channels for updates. A community-hosted archive reproduces a March 18, 2026 notice titled “Regarding Login Difficulties.” It said login difficulties had been confirmed and were under investigation at that time. The archive’s displayed end date does not establish that the incident remains active or that a fix is currently underway. [c003]
What to try when you can’t log in
- Check announcements before changing settings. Look for a current outage or maintenance notice on the official website or X account. If Bandai Namco confirms an incident, wait for its update rather than repeatedly altering your device settings. [c009]
- Restart and check your device. Fully restart the device, let it cool if it is overheating, and make sure it has enough free storage and memory. Bandai Namco also recommends reviewing the game’s screen-quality, resolution, and energy-saving options. [c005]
- Use the game’s Support options if needed. At the title screen, try Clear Cache, Download All, or Resync Game Data as appropriate. Bandai Namco says, “Clearing the cache will not delete your saved data.” It does require downloading game data again, so use a reliable connection and allow time for the download. [c005]
- Test the connection. Exit the game before switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data. On mobile data, check for data limits, speed restrictions, or carrier service problems. On Wi-Fi, restart the router you already use and check whether other services connect normally. Bandai Namco advises contacting your provider about speed restrictions or congestion. [c005]
- Match the advice to the error code. If you see CR190001-0005, the official FAQ links it specifically to losing connection at the start of a PvP match: “The error code “CR190001-0005” will occur when you lose connection at the start of a PVP match.” Check connection stability or try a more stable connection, such as Wi-Fi. This explanation is specific to that code and PvP matchmaking; it does not explain every login failure. [c007]
How to tell whether the problem is local or service-side
A current official incident notice is a reason to wait for Bandai Namco’s service update. If there is no relevant notice and the problem appears limited to one device or connection, try the device and network steps above. Comparing Wi-Fi with mobile data can help identify whether one connection behaves differently, but it cannot prove that the servers are globally down. Include the exact error message or code, when the failure occurs, and whether you have tried another connection; those details help distinguish login trouble from a PvP-specific connection loss.
