How do contracts work in EA Sports FC 24?
Contracts are Ultimate Team consumables for player items. EA explains that a contract item contributes contracts to a player item when applied. EA also says consumable rarity reflects how much an item affects a game element, and that rare contract consumables provide more contracts than their common counterparts. EA’s rarity explainer is a FIFA-era source, so it describes the system rather than confirming FC 24-specific values.

What do common and rare contract items add?
EA’s older explainer gives an illustrative example: a Player Bronze Contract Item adds 8 contracts to a Bronze player, 2 to a Silver player, or 1 to a Gold player. Its Player Rare Bronze Contract Item example adds 15, 6, or 3, respectively. EA says these numbers are illustrative and may change; they are not verified FC 24 quantities.

Where can you get contracts in FC 24?
EA’s FC 24 Ultimate Team deep dive confirms that tradeable Player Items can be searched for in the Transfer Market. It does not specify whether contract consumables are available there now, nor does it document current contract-card supply or coin prices. An older EA guide describes consumables and the player-driven FUT Transfer Market, but that historical information does not confirm present FC 24 availability or instructions: How to Improve Your FIFA Ultimate Team Squad.

How do you apply a contract in FC 24?
The FC 24-specific EA material cited here does not document the menu path or steps for applying a contract. Because menus and item details should not be guessed from older FIFA instructions, use the in-game item controls and prompts to check whether a contract can be applied to the selected player.
EA’s FC 24 support page lists official guides and support, but the reviewed page does not include a contract-consumables guide.
