If your EA SPORTS FC 24 pre-order Hero Pack is missing, first check whether your order qualified: EA said the UEFA Champions League Hero offer required an Ultimate Edition pre-order before August 22, 2023. If you qualified, sign into the EA account used for the order and check Ultimate Team > Store > My Packs. The offer’s availability date and redemption deadline have passed, so EA support is the only place to verify an account-specific entitlement or missing item.
Who qualified for the FC 24 pre-order Hero?
The offer was for an untradeable UEFA Champions League Ultimate Team Hero Player Item, not a physical pack. EA’s offer terms included it with Ultimate Edition content and also described it in the EA Play Pro edition terms. For the pre-order offer, EA Community Manager EA_Hux said players had to pre-order the Ultimate Edition before August 22, 2023; orders placed after the cutoff were not eligible. EA_Hux’s forum clarification says that later orders were intentionally not granted the Hero.

An EA forum clarification in Spanish gave more precise platform timing: a PC cutoff of August 22 at 21:00 PT, and 23:59 customer local time on other platforms. Treat that as a localized support clarification, not a substitute for checking your own receipt and region. The offer was limited to one EA account and was non-transferable, so a qualifying purchase on a different account may not grant the item to the account you currently use. See EA’s FC 24 offer terms and the platform timing clarification.
When was the Hero supposed to arrive?
EA listed the Hero as available starting November 27, 2023 at 2:59 p.m. PST. That date is historical. EA’s terms also set September 27, 2024 as the redemption deadline for the other pre-order content. Those dates have passed, so the published terms do not establish that a player can newly claim the expired offer now. EA’s offer page is the reference for the original timing.

What to check if your order appears eligible
- Check the receipt. Confirm it says Ultimate Edition, and note the purchase date and time, platform, and retailer. Compare the timestamp with the August 22 cutoff and applicable platform timing.
- Use the EA account tied to the order. Sign into the account used for the qualifying purchase and launch Ultimate Team. The offer was account-bound and non-transferable.
- Check My Packs. In Ultimate Team, open Store > My Packs and look for an unopened pack. EA’s missing-item guidance points players to this location when checking for a missing pack: How to find missing EA SPORTS FC Items and Packs.
- Restart the mode and allow time for rewards to appear. EA’s general rewards guidance says rewards can take up to 24 hours to show. This is general guidance, not a Hero-specific delivery guarantee: How to find your missing EA SPORTS FC Rewards.
- Contact EA Help if it is still missing. EA’s missing-item guidance says to get in touch if an item or pack remains missing after 72 hours. Include the item name, game mode, EA account email, platform ID, platform, and the date and time you expected it, including your time zone.
What EA support can verify
Public offer terms cannot show whether your specific purchase met the cutoff, which account received the entitlement, or whether a pack was already claimed. When contacting EA Help, provide your order receipt and account, platform, and timing details so support can check the entitlement and pack history. Do not assume that meeting the general eligibility rules guarantees restoration; only EA can confirm what is recorded on your account.
