How to enter Enchanted by Nature cheats
- Open the cheat console for your platform: press Ctrl+Shift+C on PC or Mac; press R1+R2+L1+L2 together on PlayStation; or press RB+RT+LB+LT together on Xbox.
- Enter
testingcheats trueand confirm. - Enter the desired command. For skill cheats, replace
[level]with an integer from 1 to 10.
EA documents the console steps and skill-command format in its The Sims 4 cheat-code guide. Cheats for expansion-pack systems require Enchanted by Nature; EA lists the base game and current game updates as requirements.

Official skill cheats
EA documents these commands for the two Enchanted by Nature skills. Both skills have a maximum level of 10.

For example, to set Apothecary to level 7, enter stats.set_skill_level Major_Apothecary 7. EA’s cheat guide documents the commands; the level-10 maximum is also reported in PC Gamer’s Enchanted by Nature cheat reference.

PC Gamer reports the following commands for the Naturopath career. These are secondary-source syntax, not commands confirmed in EA’s cheat guide.

Fairy, trait, and death-related codes
PC Gamer also catalogs trait and fairy-progression commands, including fairy-rank XP thresholds and a cheat associated with Death by Emotional Starvation. Because those codes are not documented by EA in the cited cheat guide, use PC Gamer’s full command reference for the exact syntax and treat it as secondary reporting rather than EA-verified guidance.
There is not a direct cheat for every fairy feature. PC Gamer notes that some features, including becoming a fairy directly through a cheat, lack their own command. For the ordinary route, EA explains fairy creation and transformation options in its fairy guide.

Stop ailments spreading with a settings option
If the goal is to prevent ailments passing between Sims, use the game setting rather than a cheat. In Game Options, open Pack Settings and uncheck Enable Ailment Spread. EA says this stops spread between Sims; deliberate transmission by fairies and Naturopath treatment remain possible. The option was added in the August 19, 2025 update, according to EA’s update notes.
