CUSA Enlisted Training (ET) is an in-game roleplay session at Fort Tedder in the Roblox military-roleplay experience—not real-world military training. The available training documents describe who may attend, what to expect at Parade Square, and how the session proceeds. Because those documents are user-uploaded copies rather than a current CUSA-hosted policy page, check the latest CUSA instructions or event announcement before relying on specific requirements or rewards.
Who can attend or run CUSA Enlisted Training?
The training guide assigns different ranks to hosting, co-hosting, supervising, and attending:
- Host: O2 First Lieutenant.
- Co-host: O1 Second Lieutenant or higher.
- Supervisor: E6-or-higher MED Agent.
- Attendees: E2 Private through E9-C Command Sergeant Major. E1 Privates are excluded by the guide.
These rank requirements are what the copied guide states; a current event notice may give updated directions.
How to join and prepare
The announcement template places ET at Parade Square and invites enlisted personnel to attend for a chance to receive EXP. The separate guideline describes a setup process for the host:

Introduction and conduct rules
Expect an introduction and a review of the rules. Participants are told to request permission before speaking, avoid going AFK without permission, use proper grammar, follow commands, and respect other players. Do not equip or fire weapons unless ordered.
Faces and drill commands
The drill segment teaches turns and facing commands. The guide identifies left face and right face as 90-degree turns, left incline and right incline as 45-degree turns, and about face as a 180-degree turn. It also includes center face and control face. The document suggests practicing for three to five minutes without spamming commands.

Gun range and obstacle course
The session includes a gun-range segment and an obstacle course, or obby. Follow the host’s directions at the range; the guide specifically says not to equip or fire weapons without orders. During the obby, do not skip or sabotage the course. The guide gives a 100-second limit, which should be treated as a document-specific instruction rather than a verified current game rule.
Classroom, quiz, and graduation
After the physical activities, the guide calls for classroom regulations and a quiz. It instructs attendees to answer quiz questions using the indicated command. A graduation formation follows; the host is directed to take a screenshot of it.

What happens if someone breaks a rule?
The documents describe a strike system but do not phrase the consequence consistently: one says the system is two strikes, while the other paraphrases the outcome as dismissal after three mistakes. That wording leaves the exact threshold unclear. Follow the host’s current instructions rather than assuming a particular count.
Independent reader supportYour contribution helps us test, update, and keep practical guides available for everyone.Passing, EXP, and the training log
The guide says passing attendees receive 25 EXP, awarded by the host. It also tells the host to record attendance and pass/fail totals in the training log and keep screenshot proof. These are claims made by the copied training document; current EXP awards and logging procedures are not independently confirmed.
