Is there a “Throwback Edition”?
Rockstar’s announcement does not name a Throwback Edition. It does describe the Vintage Vice City Pack as a preorder or purchase bonus; that is a different name and is not described as an Xbox 360 version.
The announcement also mentions a limited-edition collectible set inspired by the fictional show Macca the Gator. That collectible is separate from the game’s platform listing and does not establish an Xbox 360 edition.

What does the physical version include?
Rockstar Support says the physical version will contain a download code that can be used to download the game digitally. In other words, the support information describes a code in physical packaging, not a game disc. See Rockstar Support’s GTA VI information.
