Enchantment Under the Sea launched on 28 January 2025 for Atomic Heart. The third Atomic Pass expansion continues Major P-3’s story at Facility 3826, adds two weapons and two glove abilities, and is available on PlayStation, Xbox and PC. It is not the series finale: the fourth and final story DLC, Blood on Crystal, followed in April 2026.
When did Enchantment Under the Sea release?
Focus Entertainment announced the release date on 9 December 2024, then marked the DLC available on 28 January 2025. It was the third installment of the Atomic Pass. Focus Entertainment’s announcement and its launch post list the same date.

What does the DLC add?
Story and locations
Major P-3 leaves Limbo and returns to Facility 3826, with the consciousness of the Twins at his side. The underwater Neptune Research Center is a new central location, while the story also revisits the flying city of Chelomey and brings in new and returning characters.

Weapons and glove abilities
- Thunderclap: The January launch article and PlayStation Store listing describe it as a hammer. Focus’s December preview instead called it a “motorized buzz saw,” so the publisher’s descriptions differ; the later launch-era description is the hammer.
- KM-4 Kuzmich: A double-barrel shotgun with customizable bullet spread.
- Blaze: A polymer glove ability for area damage.
- Whip: A grapple-style skill that can pull P-3 toward enemies, help him reach otherwise inaccessible areas, or enable a quick dodge.
The expansion also adds new enemies and bosses.
Do you need Atomic Heart, and what editions include it?
Yes. The standalone expansion requires the Atomic Heart base game. The US PlayStation Store listing says it is included in the Atomic Pass, Gold Edition and Ultimate Edition. That listing displayed $9.99 when accessed in 2026; it is a dated US storefront snapshot, not a guaranteed price for other regions, platforms or later dates. Check your platform’s store for current availability and pricing.
Focus Entertainment announced a limited physical Atomic Heart Ultimate Edition in April 2026. The publisher says it includes all four Atomic Pass DLCs, a digital artbook, weapon and glove cosmetics, and an exclusive SteelBook. The announcement does not establish current stock or availability from any particular retailer.

Is Enchantment Under the Sea the last Atomic Heart DLC?
No. Focus Entertainment released Blood on Crystal, the fourth and final Atomic Pass DLC, on 16 April 2026. The publisher says it concludes Atomic Heart’s story and describes it as the series’ longest DLC at 8+ hours; that figure applies to Blood on Crystal, not Enchantment Under the Sea. The publisher’s announcement also covers the physical Ultimate Edition.
